银保新规后我国银行保险发展研究
[Abstract]:The cooperation mode of bancassurance in our country is mainly a low-level distribution agreement mode. In the process of development, the cooperation mode is loose, the products are homogenized, and the sales are misled and so on. In particular, the misguided sales of certificates of deposit and insurance policies not only hurt the interests of consumers, but also the image of banking and insurance. Regulators in order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, re-establish the image of the industry, the introduction of new rules. The introduction of new rules has solved the problem of misguided sales to a certain extent, made the operation of bank insurance more standardized and orderly, and indirectly promoted the transformation of the development model of China's bancassurance. However, the new rules of Bancassurance do not give clear guidance to the cooperation mode and sales model of Bancassurance in China, and the distribution agreement model is still the main mode of bancassurance cooperation in China at the present stage. But the original stop-point sales model was abolished, which resulted in the disconnection between the cooperation model and the sales model. Many existing problems such as homogenization of products, off-account handling fees and other issues have not been properly resolved. In order to solve the problems and possible new problems of bancassurance issued in China. This paper suggests that the existing distribution agreement should be optimized, supported by a specialized sales model, and gradually developed into a strategic alliance model. In addition to the problems of misguided sales and homogenization of products, it is proposed to strengthen the development of products and the training of sales personnel, at the same time, to strengthen the propaganda of insurance knowledge, and to set up an environment suitable for the development of bancassurance from various aspects.
