吉林省私营中小企业失业保险问题研究

【摘要】：随着吉林省私营中小企业在经济发展中的地位凸显,失业保险问题逐渐成为亟待研究的问题。2013年5月,笔者随同"吉林省私营中小企业社会保险困境调查与对策研究"课题组,对吉林省的多个县市进行了调查。根据调查结果,整理出吉林省私营中小企业失业保险存在的问题及原因,最后从多角度入手,对吉林省私营中小企业失业保险提出有针对性的建议,以完善吉林省的失业保险制度。
[Abstract]:With the status of private small and medium-sized enterprises in economic development in Jilin Province, unemployment insurance has gradually become an urgent problem. In May 2013, the author accompanied by the "investigation and Countermeasures of Social Insurance Dilemma of Private small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jilin Province". A number of counties and cities in Jilin Province were investigated. According to the results of the investigation, the problems and causes of unemployment insurance for private small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province are sorted out. Finally, from various angles, the author puts forward targeted suggestions for unemployment insurance of private small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province.
