GPIC郑州中心支公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的发展和改革开放的深入,中国保险市场上的保险主体迅速增加,保险市场的竞争日趋激烈。在这个没有硝烟的战场上,如何巩固和保持强大的市场竞争力成为保险企业面临的重大课题。中国人寿财产保险股份有限公司郑州市中心支公司(简称国寿财险郑州中支)自2007年成立以来,依托中国人寿集团强大的品牌优势,快速占领郑州市场。2015年保费收入24.49亿元,占郑州市场份额21.16%,排名郑州市场第一位。但是公司在保费规模不断增大的同时,也出现客户满意度下降、公司利润下降等问题。面对如此激烈的竞争环境和不断变化的社会环境,国寿财险郑州中支应加快企业价值链优化,实施差异化服务战略,提升核心竞争力,实现企业永续经营。本文以战略管理理论为基础,运用PEST、五力模型、SWOT分析、文献研究等方法研究国寿财险郑州中支的发展战略。首先对公司内部环境、外部环境进行分析,得出目前国寿财险郑州中支发展的优势、劣势,以及新的发展时期所面临的机遇、威胁。再通过SWOT分析提出公司要想实现打造具有地域特色的一流财险公司的总体目标,就应抓住当前保险业发展的机遇,弥补内部劣势;发挥公司品牌的绝对优势,减少或弱化外部威胁。依据SWOT分析企业应通过优化理赔价值链提升公司核心竞争力;从价值的成本视角分析降低公司经营成本,提升公司盈利能力;实施差异化服务战略,细化客户服务体系,提升公司续保率;在战略实施过程中企业内部应提供技术资源能力、产品创新能力、市场营销能力和企业文化四个方面的支持,同时对战略实施加以严格规范的内部控制,并提出了支撑和保障战略实施的策略和措施。本文对国寿财险郑州中支的发展战略具有较强的现实指导意义,同时对国内其它地市级保险公司也具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, the insurance subject in China's insurance market has increased rapidly and the competition of the insurance market is becoming increasingly fierce. On this battlefield without smoke, how to consolidate and maintain a strong market competitiveness has become a major issue for the insurance enterprises. China Life Insurance Limited by Share Ltd Zhengzhou Zheng. Since its founding in 2007, the central branch of the State Central Branch of the state (abbreviated as the central branch of the national life insurance Zhengzhou), relying on the strong brand advantage of China Life Group, has quickly occupied 2 billion 449 million yuan in the.2015 annual premium income of the Zhengzhou market, accounting for 21.16% of Zhengzhou's market share, and ranked first in the Zhengzhou market. However, the public company also appears to have customers while the scale of premiums is increasing. In the face of the fierce competition environment and the changing social environment, the national life insurance in Zhengzhou should speed up the optimization of the enterprise value chain, implement the differential service strategy, improve the core competitiveness and realize the sustainable management of the enterprise. This paper, based on the strategic management theory, uses the PEST, five force model, SWOT analysis, literature research and other methods to study the development strategy of the central branch of the national life insurance and financial insurance in Zhengzhou. First, the internal environment and external environment of the company are analyzed, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats facing the development of the current national life insurance and the new development period are obtained, and the SWOT analysis suggests that the company will want to build a land. The overall goal of the first-class property insurance companies with regional characteristics should seize the opportunity of the development of the current insurance industry, make up the internal disadvantages, give full play to the absolute advantage of the company brand, reduce or weaken the external threats. According to the SWOT analysis, the enterprise should improve the core competitiveness of the company by optimizing the value chain of claims and reduce the management of the company from the perspective of the cost of value. Cost, enhance the company's profitability, implement the differential service strategy, refine the customer service system and improve the company's renewal rate; in the process of implementing the strategy, the enterprise should support the four aspects of technical resources, product innovation, marketing ability and enterprise culture, and the internal control of strategic implementation. And put forward the strategy and measures to support and guarantee the implementation of the strategy. This paper has a strong practical guiding significance for the development strategy of the national life insurance in Zhengzhou, and also has a certain reference value to other domestic and municipal insurance companies.
