湖南省农村居民商业养老保险支付能力研究

【摘要】：本论文从湖南省农村居民商业养老保险研究背景出发,阐述了研究的目的和重要意义,综合概括和简要评价了国内外农村居民商业养老保险的研究动态,阐明了农村居民商业养老保险的理论基础。为了了解湖南省农村居民对于商业养老保险的支付能力,本文分析了湖南省农村居民参加商业养老保险的影响因素、商业养老保险的基本情况及农村居民的收入——支出情况；对湖南省农村居民商业养老保险支付能力进行分析,首先采用养老保险支出率及恩格尔系数来粗略反映湖南省农村居民养老保险的支付能力及湖南省农村居民的生活水平,从农村居民家庭收入水平及养老保险支出方面侧面了解了农村居民的支付能力,最后从农村居民商业养老保险支出的变动状况对湖南省农村居民商业养老保险的支付能力变动情况进行了分析。本文运用扩展线性支出系统模型(Extend Linear Expenditure System, ELES),进行实证分析,对湖南省农村居民商业养老保险支付能力进行了测算,并对农村居民的支付能力进行分析。研究发现,农村居民商业养老保险意识增强,越来越关注自身的身体健康,在现有的收入水平和消费结构下,多数湖南省农村居民对于商业养老保险都具有支付能力；同时随着农村地区收入的逐渐增长,农村地区商业养老保险保障制度的不断完善,多数农户将保持长久的支付能力。但是由于经济发展不平衡,应该提高农村居民的收入水平,特别是贫困地区的经济水平。在此基础上,为湖南省农村发展商业养老保险提出针对性的意见和建议,以促进商业养老保险的持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background of commercial endowment insurance for rural residents in Hunan Province, this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the study, and summarizes and briefly evaluates the research trends of commercial endowment insurance for rural residents both at home and abroad. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of commercial endowment insurance for rural residents. In order to understand the rural residents' ability to pay for commercial old-age insurance in Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of rural residents' participation in commercial old-age insurance, the basic situation of commercial old-age insurance and the income and expenditure of rural residents. This paper analyzes the ability to pay of commercial endowment insurance of rural residents in Hunan Province. Firstly, the expenditure rate of endowment insurance and Engel coefficient are used to roughly reflect the ability to pay and the living standard of rural residents in Hunan Province. From the aspect of the income level of rural residents and the expenditure of old-age insurance, we can understand the ability of rural residents to pay. Finally, the paper analyzes the change of payment ability of rural residents' commercial endowment insurance in Hunan province from the change of rural residents' commercial endowment insurance expenditure. This paper uses the extended linear expenditure system model (Extend Linear Expenditure System, ELES), to carry on the empirical analysis, has carried on the calculation to the Hunan Province countryside resident commercial endowment insurance payment ability, and has carried on the analysis to the rural resident's paying ability. The study found that the rural residents are more and more concerned about their health and their awareness of commercial old-age insurance. Under the existing income level and consumption structure, most rural residents in Hunan Province have the ability to pay for commercial old-age insurance. At the same time, with the gradual increase of income in rural areas and the continuous improvement of commercial old-age insurance system in rural areas, most farmers will maintain long-term ability to pay. However, due to the imbalance of economic development, the income level of rural residents, especially in poor areas, should be raised. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the development of commercial endowment insurance in Hunan province, in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of commercial endowment insurance.
