专业化、认知度对养殖户生猪价格指数保险需求的影响

【摘要】：本文利用2015年江苏、河南两省调查数据考察了养殖户对生猪价格指数保险的需求,并进一步分析了具有不同生猪养殖专业化程度和保险及风险认知度的养殖户对生猪价格指数保险需求的差异。研究结果表明,养殖户对生猪价格指数保险的购买意愿较高,其支付意愿高于现行保险政策所规定的保费水平。生猪养殖业在家庭经济中的地位对养殖户的购买意愿和支付意愿产生正向影响,养殖户加入专业合作社对其支付意愿产生负向影响;传统生猪保险购买经历和生猪价格风险认知对养殖户的购买意愿和支付意愿均有正向影响,养殖户对生猪价格指数保险的认知对其支付意愿产生正向影响。本文认为,政府补贴的保障、差异化保险产品的设定、宣传教育力度的加大有利于推动生猪价格指数保险的发展;作为应对市场风险的重要方式之一,合作社能够在一定程度上成为生猪价格指数保险的替代工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of Jiangsu and Henan provinces in 2015, this paper examined the farmers' demand for pig price index insurance. Furthermore, the difference of pig price index insurance demand among farmers with different degree of specialization, insurance and risk recognition was analyzed. The results show that farmers have a higher willingness to buy pig price index insurance and their willingness to pay is higher than the premium level stipulated by the current insurance policy. The status of pig farming in the family economy has a positive impact on farmers' willingness to buy and pay, and farmers' participation in professional cooperatives has a negative impact on their willingness to pay. The purchase experience of traditional pig insurance and the perception of pig price risk have a positive effect on farmers' willingness to buy and pay, while farmers' cognition of pig price index insurance has a positive effect on their willingness to pay. This paper holds that the protection of government subsidies, the setting of differentiated insurance products and the increase of propaganda and education are conducive to promoting the development of pig price index insurance, which is one of the important ways to deal with market risks. Cooperatives can to some extent become an alternative to pig price index insurance.
