【摘要】：正由于我国农业保险正处于探索阶段,农业保险的理论依据在哪里,国家如何确定农业保险的制度安排、农业保险经营模式怎么确立等依然是重要的问题开展农业保险就是要在市场经济环境下,运用保险的原理探索建立解决灾害救助的新方式、新方法。农业保险首先是保险,能不能真正按照保险的原理开展试点,不仅十分必要,更显得意义重大。
