湖北省肿瘤靶向药物纳入医保可行性及基金稳定性分析

【摘要】：肿瘤靶向药物近年来逐渐发展成为癌症治疗的焦点之一,但其相对高昂的费用与其尚未纳入社会医疗保险药品目录使这一治疗方式给患者造成巨大经济负担。本研究通过专家筛选及效果和经济学评价以具有代表性的靶向药物为例,测算适用人群以靶向治疗替代常规放化疗而新增的费用并分析将靶向药物纳入湖北省医保基金对其稳定性的影响。
[Abstract]:Tumor targeting drugs have gradually developed into one of the focus of cancer treatment in recent years, but their relatively high cost and the fact that they have not been included in the list of social medical insurance drugs have caused a huge economic burden to patients. In this study, a representative target drug was used as an example through expert screening, effectiveness and economic evaluation. To estimate the new cost of targeted therapy instead of conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy and to analyze the influence of targeted drugs on the stability of Hubei Medical Insurance Fund.
