【摘要】：正新型农村合作医疗制度的建立,为保障农村居民的健康起到了不可低估的作用。然而,受到诸多因素的制约,新农合制度运行过程中日渐显现出一些隐患,势必会影响到新农合制度的可持续发展。影响新农合可持续发展的几大隐患(一)个人缴费隐患缴费能力欠缺。对于个人缴费而言,在现有经济条件和缴费方式下,我国中东部地区大多数农村居民是可以承受的,但在经济欠发达的西部地区,大部分农村居民人均年纯收入不到1万元,一个5口之家按2015年新农合个人缴费
[Abstract]:The establishment of the new rural cooperative medical system plays an important role in protecting the health of rural residents. However, due to the restriction of many factors, some hidden dangers appear gradually in the process of operation of NCMS system, which will inevitably affect the sustainable development of NCMS system. The main problems affecting the sustainable development of NCMS are as follows: (1) lack of ability of individual contribution. In terms of individual contributions, under the existing economic conditions and the mode of payment, most rural residents in the central and eastern part of China can afford to pay, but in the economically underdeveloped western region, the average annual net income of most rural residents is less than 10,000 yuan.
