ICBC意外伤害保险项目的人力资源管理研究

【摘要】:保险行业作为一个知识、技术、智力密集型的行业,正在经历由发展期向稳定期过度的一个转变期。在车险业务日趋成熟的今日,非车险业务的发展将迎来崭新的变革。国务院办公厅发《关于金融支持经济结构调整和转型升级的指导意见》,明确指出需要进一步发挥保险的保障作用,鼓励支持发展农业保险、出口信用保险、科技保险和小额信贷保证保险等非车险业务。当前非车险在险种类型、保障责任、定价和核保方面较为粗糙,市场需求的提升将带来保障责任的扩宽、形式的创新以及定价方式的调整等一系列的产品创新,同时也将推动个性化非车险产品的定制的开发,这就催生了保险项目的积极、进取型的发展。 本文在以往研究的基础之上,针对ICBC意外伤害保险项目的人力资源管理进行研究,分析出ICBC意外伤害保险项目中高素质、高水平、高层次、复合型人才的缺乏,激励和绩效考核机制的不完善与缺乏,人力资源管理体系的混乱等。按此思路,首先总结出保险项目的人力资源管理的理论基础,找到理论支撑;其次,探索ICBC意外伤害保险项目中存在的问题并进行分析;然后,通过在ICBC意外伤害保险项目中人力资源管理的实践,,探索保险项目中人力资源管理体系的建设,最后总结全文。
[Abstract]:The insurance industry, as a knowledge, technology, and intelligence-intensive industry, is undergoing a transition from development to stability. In the auto insurance business maturing today, the development of non-auto insurance business will usher in a new change. The General Office of the State Council issued the "guidelines on Financial support for Economic restructuring and Transformation and upgrading", clearly pointing out the need to further exert the role of insurance as a safeguard, and encouraging support for the development of agricultural insurance and export credit insurance. Technology insurance and micro-credit guarantee insurance and other non-auto insurance business. At present, non-auto insurance is relatively rough in terms of type of insurance, liability of guarantee, pricing and insurance. The promotion of market demand will bring about a series of product innovations such as broadening of responsibility for security, innovation of forms and adjustment of pricing methods, etc. At the same time, it will also promote the development of customized non-auto insurance products, which gives birth to the positive and aggressive development of insurance projects. On the basis of previous research, this paper studies the human resource management of ICBC accident injury insurance project, and analyzes the lack of high quality, high level, high level and compound talent in ICBC accident injury insurance project. The imperfect and lack of incentive and performance appraisal mechanism, the confusion of human resource management system, etc. According to this idea, firstly, the theoretical basis of human resource management of insurance project is summarized, and the theoretical support is found. Secondly, the problems existing in the ICBC accident injury insurance project are explored and analyzed. Through the practice of human resource management in the ICBC accident injury insurance project, this paper explores the construction of the human resource management system in the insurance project, and finally summarizes the full text.
