【摘要】：正FM Global每年从目标场所采集超过700个数据点用于协助优化财产风险并合理配置风险资本。为达到这一目的,FM Global致力于研究如何确定不同损失事件的严重度,目前又开发了四类工具,可以很好地确定损失的可能性。该四类工具为:RsikMark,用于测定所处位置的基准风险量;Locations Predisposed,用于辨识所处位置最可能遭受的损失;Relative Likelihood,用于识别研究场所中暴露出的最可能造成损失的危险
[Abstract]:FM Global collects more than 700 data points a year from target sites to help optimize property risk and allocate venture capital properly. In order to achieve this goal, FM Global is devoted to study how to determine the severity of different loss events. At present, four kinds of tools have been developed to determine the possibility of loss. The four types of tools, the: Rsik Mark, are used to measure the baseline risk levels of the location Predisposed, to identify the most likely losses to be suffered at the location. The Relative Likelihood, is used to identify the most likely risk of loss exposed in the research site.
