畜牧业收入保险风险管理方式及实施原理——以美国奶牛收入保险为例

【摘要】：美国等发达国家充分运用WTO有关条款,最大限度利用农业保险这一"绿箱"政策,为本国畜牧养殖者提供了全方位的风险保障,其中不仅涉及对牲畜生理价值进行保障的死亡和疾病保险,还包含保障养殖户收入的价格和收益保险。文章以美国奶牛收入保险为例,着重对畜牧业收入保险的风险管理方式及实施原理进行了阐述与分析,总结经验,为进一步完善我国畜牧业保险制度提供相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:The United States and other developed countries have made full use of the relevant provisions of WTO to maximize the use of the "green box" policy of agricultural insurance, thus providing a comprehensive risk protection for their livestock breeders. It involves not only the death and disease insurance to protect the biological value of livestock, but also the price and income insurance to protect the farmers' income. Taking the income insurance of dairy cattle in America as an example, the paper expounds and analyzes the risk management mode and implementation principle of income insurance for animal husbandry, summarizes the experience, and provides relevant policy suggestions for the further improvement of the system of animal husbandry insurance in China.
