国外互联网保险行业的发展、监管经验及对我国的启示

【摘要】：随着互联网技术的快速发展和第三方支付技术的不断成熟,传统的保险行业正在经历着一次重大变革。美、英、日等国的保险机构在互联网化的过程中通过产品和服务的不断创新以及监管政策的不断完善,降低了保险成本,提高了运营效率,也给客户带来了更多的便利。美国、英国、日本互联网保险行业的发展和监管对我国具有一定的启示作用,我国应结合自身实际情况,在网络安全、法律监管、信用体系建设和产品创新等方面进行改善,进一步促进我国互联网保险行业健康有序发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and the maturity of third-party payment technology, the traditional insurance industry is undergoing a major change. The insurance institutions in the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries have reduced insurance costs, improved operational efficiency and brought more convenience to customers through the continuous innovation of products and services and the continuous improvement of regulatory policies in the process of Internetization. The development and supervision of the Internet insurance industry in the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan have a certain enlightening effect on our country. China should improve its network security, legal supervision, credit system construction and product innovation in the light of its own actual situation. Further promote the healthy and orderly development of China's Internet insurance industry.
