我国商业银行进军保险业的SWOT分析及战略思考

【摘要】：随着银监会出台《商业银行投资保险公司股权试点管理办法》,银行业与保险业新的合作模式日益凸显,金融混业经营已是大势所趋。随着我国商业银行相继成立或酝酿建立银行系保险公司,其相关利弊必将对双方产生深远影响。本文通过SWOT分析的方法,分析了商业银行进军保险业的优势与劣势、面临的机遇与挑战,在此基础上运用SWOT矩阵对商业银行进军保险业进行合理化建议与战略分析。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of "Commercial Bank Investment Insurance Company Equity pilot Management measures" by the CBRC, the new cooperation mode between banking and insurance has become increasingly prominent, and financial mixed operation has become the trend of the times. With the establishment or brewing of the bank insurance company in China's commercial banks, the advantages and disadvantages will have a profound impact on both sides. Through the method of SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by commercial banks in entering the insurance industry. On the basis of this, the rational suggestions and strategic analysis of commercial banks' entry into the insurance industry are carried out by using the SWOT matrix.
