我国引入农业收入保险的经济效应研究

【摘要】：基于1990~2015年全国农业保险数据,本文筛选出具有代表性的农业产品稻谷、小麦和玉米进行实证研究。由于农产品价格和产量之间存在某种相关性,所以文章利用混合Copula函数和蒙特卡罗方法估算了不同保障水平下不同农产品的农业收入保险费率。结果显示:相比同一保障水平的农业产量保险费率,农业收入保险费率要低一些,随着保障水平的降低,两者之间的费率差别减小。为了分析实施农业收入保险所带来的经济效应,选用保险费率、保险需求、保费收入、保险深度和保险密度变化率作为经济指标。研究发现:实施农业收入保险后,在相同保障水平和农业产品情况下,这五项经济指标都得到了较大改善;随着保障水平的增加,农业收入保险所能带来的经济效益越明显。
[Abstract]:Based on the national agricultural insurance data from 1990 to 2015, this paper selects representative agricultural products such as rice, wheat and corn for empirical study. Because there is a certain correlation between agricultural product price and output, this paper estimates the agricultural income insurance rate of different agricultural products under different guarantee levels by using mixed Copula function and Monte Carlo method. The results show that the agricultural income insurance rate is lower than that of the same guarantee level, and the difference between the two rates decreases with the decrease of the guarantee level. In order to analyze the economic effect of agricultural income insurance, insurance rate, insurance demand, premium income, insurance depth and insurance density change rate are selected as economic indicators. It is found that after the implementation of agricultural income insurance, these five economic indicators have been greatly improved under the same security level and agricultural products, and with the increase of the security level, the economic benefits of agricultural income insurance are more obvious.
