按人头支付对医疗费用影响研究的系统综述

【摘要】：目的:评价按人头支付对医疗费用的影响。方法:系统检索国内外按人头支付效果评价的实证研究文献,对比分析按人头支付控制医疗费用的效果。结果:实证研究表明,按人头支付可以控制门诊医疗服务成本,降低医疗费用;现有实证研究较少,研究质量有待进一步提高。结论:随着国内门诊统筹的推行和支付方式的改革,应继续加强按人头支付控制医疗费用效果的实证研究和追踪研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of head-based payment on medical expenses. Methods: the empirical literature on the evaluation of the effect of head-based payment at home and abroad was searched systematically, and the effect of controlling medical expenses by human head payment was compared and analyzed. Results: the empirical research shows that the outpatient medical service cost can be controlled and the medical cost can be reduced by paying according to the human head, but the existing empirical research is less, and the research quality needs to be further improved. Conclusion: with the implementation of outpatient coordination and the reform of payment methods in China, we should continue to strengthen the empirical research and tracking study on the effect of controlling medical expenses according to human head payment.
