S保险公司培训管理研究

【摘要】:在经济高速发展的今天,人作为企业的重要资产,对人才的竞争也越来越激烈,而企业对人力资源最重要的投资就是在企业中开展员工培训。员工的培训是为企业中的员工提供知识和相关技能,提高员工的知识水平和专业技能,增强企业的核心竞争力。因此,在企业的中开展及时、有效的培训工作将有利于企业保持和增强企业活力。如今,企业在管理过程中越来越重视企业的培训工作,并且在这方面的投入也越来越多。现在的问题是:怎样设计,或者涉及什么样子的企业员工培训体系,能达到员工培训的效果,来保证企业的竞争力。近年来,保险行业快速发展,新的保险及有价证券产品层出不穷,对保险业的制度关切与审查不断加强。沟通工具与技术进步日新月异,法律与竞争的挑战愈演愈烈,而需要处理的信息也越来越多。随着经营活动是趋复杂,保险业对稳定性和指导性和需求也不断增长。本文以S保险公司为研究对象,首先通过阅读大量的文献资料,归纳并介绍s保险公司先进的培训理论和培训方法。然后分析实地调查收据到的数据资料,分析总结出传统保险公司培训的现状,从中发现传统保险公司在员工培训体系中的存在的问题,最后提出以S保险公司的员工培训体系为对照的完善方案。在激烈的竞争市场上,S保险公司变革人才培养方式,通过人才的培养,保持公司人才核心竞争力,保证公司在市场竞争中处于优势地位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, people, as an important asset of enterprises, are more and more competitive to talents, and the most important investment in human resources is to develop employee training in enterprises. Staff training is to provide knowledge and related skills to employees in enterprises, improve their knowledge and professional skills, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, timely and effective training will help enterprises to maintain and enhance their vitality. Nowadays, enterprises pay more and more attention to the training of enterprises in the process of management. Now the problem is: how to design, or what kind of employee training system can achieve the effect of employee training, to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, with the rapid development of the insurance industry, new insurance and marketable securities products emerge in endlessly. Communication tools and technology are advancing with each passing day, the challenges of law and competition are becoming more and more serious, and more information needs to be dealt with. With the complexity of business activities, the stability, guidance and demand of the insurance industry are also growing. In this paper, S insurance company as the research object, first of all through reading a lot of literature, summarized and introduced s insurance company advanced training theory and training methods. Then, by analyzing the data from the field investigation receipts, and analyzing and summarizing the current situation of the training of traditional insurance companies, we can find out the existing problems of the traditional insurance companies in the employee training system. At last, the paper puts forward a perfect scheme of S insurance company's employee training system. In the fierce competition market, S insurance company changes the talent training way, through the talented person training, maintains the company talented person core competition ability, guarantees the company to be in the superiority position in the market competition.
