【摘要】：正保险公司的现金流是衡量企业经营状况的重要指标,现金流管理也是保险公司财务风险管理的重点。长期以来,现金流管理一直被视为保险总公司的职责,保险分支机构在其中发挥的作用常被忽略,存在明显的速动资产管理缺陷,保险分支机构现金流管理的重要性日益凸显。
