河南邮储银行个人金融微信平台开发与应用

【摘要】:近些年来,移动互联网随着4G等通信技术的发展和智能终端设备的普及得到快速发展。一个颠覆性个人社交软件“微信”正一步步影响着手机和PAD等移动用户的生活,受到各个年龄阶段人们的喜爱。随着微信版本的不断更新,微信也从单纯的聊天应用逐渐变成媒体信息、游戏娱乐、生活服务、电子商务为一体的大型综合类平台。微信的普及颠覆了普通民众的生活方式,同时对推动互联网的发展发挥着积极的作用。在这个移动互联网的时代,如何利用微信有效的为企业服务,发展客户成为互联网和金融机构,电子商务从业人员等新的研究课题。本课题以中国邮政储蓄银行河南省分行个人金融微信营销平台建设为基础,研究河南邮储银行如何利用微信互联网平台,开展网络营销活动,为河南邮储银行客户提供更好的金融体验。论文首先介绍了课题研究的背景和意义,以及全文的组织结构安排。其次,本文对移动互联网下网络营销的现状进行了深入分析,从移动互联网络营销的特点,网络营销的现状以及微信给金融机构网络营销带来的冲击等几个方面进行了全面阐述,并介绍了微信公众平台的基本功能和高级功能。第三,本文介绍了河南邮储银行个人金融微信平台的需求分析,系统概要设计和详细设计,对系统要实现的功能、建设目标、系统设计方法、架构、网络及安全设计进行了详细描述,并对系统核心模块部分代码进行了展示。第四,本文在实际操作环境中对河南邮储银行个人金融微信公众号的各项功能进行了详细测试,从自定义菜单、页面展示、功能实现等方面验证了系统功能。最后,文章对系统开发过程中遇到的问题以及收获的经验进行了总结,展望了下阶段的工作内容。文章设计和实现了河南邮储银行个人金融微信平台。该平台的建设,实现了对行内微信平台的统一管理。整合了银行现有系统功能,实现客户积分的查询及兑换,特惠商户信息推送、附近网点及特惠商户查询等功能。另外,借助微信公众平台实现了对我行信用卡、理财、电子银行等多种业务进行宣传介绍。本文的核心思想是建立适合河南邮储银行个人金融、信用卡、电子银行等业务开展营销活动、拓展对外服务功能的微信公众平台。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of 4G and other communication technologies and the popularization of smart terminal devices, mobile Internet has been developing rapidly. WeChat, a subversive personal social networking software, is influencing the lives of mobile users such as mobile phones and PAD step by step. Loved by people of all ages. With the continuous updating of WeChat version, WeChat has gradually changed from a simple chat application to media information, games, entertainment, life services, The popularity of WeChat has subverted the way of life of ordinary people and played a positive role in promoting the development of the Internet. How to use WeChat to effectively serve enterprises and develop customers into Internet and financial institutions, Based on the construction of personal financial WeChat marketing platform of Henan Branch of China Postal savings Bank, this paper studies how Henan Postal savings Bank makes use of WeChat Internet platform. Carry out network marketing activities to provide a better financial experience for customers of Henan Postal savings Bank. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research, and the organizational structure of the full text. Secondly, This paper has carried on the thorough analysis to the present situation of the network marketing under the mobile Internet, has carried on the comprehensive elaboration from the mobile Internet marketing characteristic, the network marketing present situation as well as the WeChat to the financial institution network marketing impact and so on several aspects carries on the comprehensive elaboration. It also introduces the basic and advanced functions of WeChat public platform. Thirdly, this paper introduces the demand analysis, system outline design and detailed design of personal financial WeChat platform of Henan Postal savings Bank, and the function and construction goal of the system. The system design method, architecture, network and security design are described in detail, and some code of the system core module are shown. 4th, In this paper, the functions of personal Finance WeChat Official account of Henan Postal savings Bank are tested in detail, and the functions of the system are verified from the following aspects: custom menu, page display, function realization and so on. This paper summarizes the problems encountered in the development of the system and the experience gained, and looks forward to the next stage of the work. The paper designs and implements the personal financial WeChat platform of Henan Postal savings Bank. Realized the unified management of WeChat platform in the bank, integrated the existing system functions of the bank, realized the inquiry and exchange of the customer points, the information push of the preferential merchants, the nearby dot and the preferential merchants inquiry and so on. In addition, With the help of WeChat public platform, we have carried out propaganda and introduction to our bank's credit card, financial management, electronic banking, etc. The core idea of this paper is to establish a suitable personal finance, credit card for Henan Postal savings Bank. E-banking and other business marketing activities to expand the external service function of WeChat public platform.
