考虑服务和提前期的双渠道供应链竞争和协调研究

【摘要】:随着互联网和相关信息技术的快速发展,电子商务对实体零售业产生巨大冲击。本文主要研究实体店服务水平和网络交货提前期影响下的双渠道竞争,通过批发价与两部收费制联合契约及批发价和利益互享联合契约协调双渠道供应链的渠道竞争。本文采用斯塔尔伯格博弈的方法研究分散单渠道、部分集成双渠道、集成双渠道三种供应链渠道结构。首先,分别考虑了服务和交货提前期对双渠道供应链中制造商和零售商的需求、价格、利润的影响;其次,分析部分集成双渠道在服务和交货提前期影响下的渠道竞争;最后,采用批发价与两部收费制联合契约及批发价和利益互享联合契约协调部分集成双渠道供应链产生的渠道冲突。本文通过研究得到四个结论。第一,制造商增加网络渠道采取双渠道销售产品,可以提升供应链的整体利润。第二,实体零售商提升服务,网络零售商缩短交货提前期可以增加顾客的满意度,从而使供应链的利润增加。第三,部分集成双渠道中的制造商和零售商是相互独立的,两个渠道会产生渠道冲突,然而集成双渠道供应链是一种协调结构没有渠道冲突;第四,采用批发价契约初步解决部分集成双渠道的渠道冲突,为了进一步消除双重边际效用使制造商和零售商能够双赢,在批发价契约的基础上使用两部收费制契约和利益互享契约进行协调。研究结果对部分集成双渠道供应链环境下,解决渠道冲突及双重边际效用有一定的理论意义与实践价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet and related information technology, electronic commerce has a huge impact on the retail industry. This paper mainly studies the double channel competition under the influence of physical store service level and network lead time, and coordinates the channel competition of double channel supply chain through wholesale price and two charge system joint contract and wholesale price and benefit mutual contract. In this paper, Stalberg game is used to study three kinds of supply chain channel structures: decentralized single channel, partially integrated dual channel and integrated dual channel. Firstly, the effects of service and lead time on the demand, price and profit of manufacturers and retailers in the supply chain are considered respectively; secondly, the competition between two integrated channels under the influence of service and lead time is analyzed. The joint contract of wholesale price and two-part charging system and the coordination part of wholesale price and mutual benefit contract are used to integrate the channel conflict produced by the two-channel supply chain. This paper draws four conclusions through research. First, manufacturers can increase the overall profit of the supply chain by increasing the network channels and selling products through two channels. Second, physical retailers improve service, and online retailers shorten lead time can increase customer satisfaction, thereby increasing the profit of the supply chain. Third, the manufacturers and retailers in the partially integrated dual channels are independent of each other, and the two channels will produce channel conflicts. However, the integrated dual channel supply chain is a coordination structure with no channel conflict. In order to eliminate the double marginal utility, the manufacturer and retailer can win a win-win situation by adopting wholesale price contract to solve the channel conflict of partial integration of two channels. On the basis of the wholesale price contract, the two fee system contracts and the mutual benefit contract are used to coordinate. The results are of theoretical and practical value for the solution of channel conflict and dual marginal utility in the environment of partially integrated dual channel supply chain.
