欧洲国家B2C电子商务发展水平评价研究
[Abstract]:After the 2008 financial crisis, the world economy is in a weak state to varying degrees, the international market demand is declining, our country's foreign trade growth resistance is heavy, while the cross-border electronic commerce is alone, showing a tenacious growth trend. With more and more small and medium-sized enterprises joining the ranks of cross-border e-commerce, the status of cross-border e-commerce in China's foreign trade is becoming more and more important, which is gradually becoming a new driving force of export growth in the future. At present, China's cross-border e-commerce trade is mainly aimed at developed e-commerce markets such as Europe and the United States. Take Europe as an example, Europe has a large number of countries with different levels of e-commerce development. In order to better develop cross-border e-commerce trade with European countries, It is particularly important to understand the level of e-commerce development in each country in the European e-commerce market. This paper mainly studies the development level of e-commerce in European countries from the angle of B2C e-commerce. This paper first introduces the macro and micro environment support of the development of European electronic commerce, then quantitatively analyzes the present situation of the development of B2C electronic commerce in Europe as a whole, and compares the development of B2C electronic commerce in various regions of Europe. Finally, 34 European countries are selected as a sample, based on the theoretical framework of OECD to measure the level of e-commerce development, from the e-commerce infrastructure, user support and transaction scale, the contribution to GDP three aspects. A total of 12 indexes were selected to construct the evaluation system of E-commerce development level in each country. The development level of E-commerce in 34 European countries in 2014 was sorted and classified by factor analysis and cluster analysis. The results show that the level of e-commerce development in Britain, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, France and other countries is relatively high, while in Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine and other countries the level of e-commerce development is relatively backward. The overall level of development of electronic commerce in northern Europe is relatively high, in central Europe is at a medium level, and in southern Europe and eastern Europe as a whole, the level of electronic commerce is relatively low.
