长三角经济发展中的产业协调：制造业和服务业的内生分析

　　产业协调是长三角经济发展的重要内容,也是实现长三角经济发展模式升级换代的重要载体和有效途径。产业协调不仅包括先进制造业和现代服务业之间的内生互动,而且还包括了服务业发展的自我依赖程度。基于长三角两省一市2002、2005和2007年投入产出表的分析表明,服务业和制造业互为中间要素投入,两者的产业关联具有内生性。在长三角地区,作为高级要素投入,服务业发展对制造业发展有着较大的促进作用,然而制造业对服务业的市场需求拉动作用表现得并不明显。本文构建联立方程,并基于2000-2007年长三角16城市面板数据的实证分析支持了上述论断。本文的研究结果为如何在长三角实现制造业和服务业的产业协调、进而促进长三角的经济发展的升级换代提供了新的分析视角和政策依据。
