基于数据仓库原理的煤矿精细化管理研究

【摘要】：目前，精细已经成为企业之间竞争最重要的表现形式，精细化管理决定了企业未来竞争的成败，作为科学管理之魂的精细化管理，量化是其主要内容。而煤矿不同与一般企业，其生产过程复杂，人员众多，受地理环境影响非常明显，不易控制，，不同单位业务区别较大，很难形成统一的标准化管理流程和模式，管理越精细，需要处理的数据量越大。所以煤矿企业实行精细化管理的主要问题是数据量化和标准化。因此本文通过对煤矿企业生产过程的各环节进行分析整理，以精细化管理为手段，构建适应煤矿需要的精细化管理模式——基于数据仓库原理的煤矿精细化管理具有重要的现实意义。本文在对我国煤矿精细化管理的研究现状和实践经验进行综述的基础上，基于数据仓库原理，提出了适合煤矿管理现状的煤矿精细化管理模式，即以任务管理为主要内容和基线，以功能位置为结点，以档案管理为基点和载体，建立标准的任务工作数据仓库，从而形成以制度、标准、档案和考核四位一体的精细化管理模式。并对任务分解原则和方法、功能位置及技术系统的构建方法进行研究。基于这个模式，将数据仓库原理和精细化管理精髓紧密融入到平煤股份十二矿的管理实践中，逐步构建平煤股份十二矿精细化管理体系。本文的研究丰富了煤矿精细化管理实践，对煤矿精细化管理具有重要的实用价值。
[Abstract]:At present, meticulous has become the most important form of competition among enterprises. Meticulous management determines the success or failure of future competition of enterprises, and the main content is fine management and quantification of the soul of scientific management. But mine is different from general enterprises, the production process is complicated, many people affected by the impact of geographical environment is very obvious, is not easy to control, different business units are different, it is difficult to form a unified standardized management process and management mode, more sophisticated, the greater the amount of data need to be processed. Therefore, the main problem of implementing fine management in coal mining enterprises is to quantify and standardize the data. Therefore, this paper analyzes and collate all aspects of the production process of the coal mine, and uses meticulous management as a means to build a fine management mode to meet the needs of the coal mine. The meticulous management of the coal mine based on the data warehouse principle has important practical significance.
