【摘要】：缸体线扩能项目是K系列发动机扩能项目中重要的子项目之一,项目的产品质量要求高,项目时间短,预算控制严格,作为贯穿于整个项目中的重要一环,如何有效开展项目质量管理工作决定了项目的成功与否。本文从项目质量管理的原理入手,结合质量管理特点,首先分析了项目在实施过程中的特殊性和复杂性以及目前项目质量管理各阶段的质量管理现状。随后以该项目中回转力矩超差的问题作为案例,结合质量管理控制的方法和工具的应用,使用鱼刺图从工艺、设备、零件和人员等几方面寻找问题原因,通过数据和试验分析找到存在于工艺方法和机器设备中的根本原因,提出整改措施,应用PDCA循环的方法改善产品工艺制造过程和机器设备的维护保养。通过应用质量控制方法和工具对案例问题进行分析和改进,缸体线扩能项目质量管理得到明显提高,完成了预定的项目质量目标和进度要求,为公司今后新产品的项目质量管理开展带来了一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The cylinder line expansion project is one of the important sub-projects in the K series engine expansion project. The product quality of the project is high, the project time is short, and the budget control is strict, which is an important link throughout the whole project. How to carry out the project quality management effectively determines whether the project is successful or not. This paper starts with the principle of project quality management and combines the characteristics of quality management. Firstly, the particularity and complexity of the project in the process of implementation and the current situation of the quality management in each stage of the project quality management are analyzed. Then, the problem of excessive torque deviation in the project is taken as an example. Combined with the application of quality control methods and tools, use fish-burr drawing to find out the causes of the problems from the aspects of process, equipment, parts and personnel, etc. Through the data and test analysis to find out the basic reasons in the process methods and machinery and equipment, put forward the corrective measures. PDCA cycle is used to improve the process of manufacturing and the maintenance of machinery and equipment. Case analysis and improvement are carried out by using quality control methods and tools. The quality management of the cylinder line expansion project has been obviously improved, and the scheduled project quality objectives and schedule requirements have been fulfilled, which will bring some reference value for the project quality management of the new products in the future.
