【摘要】:“三农问题”一直是专家学者和政府关心的话题,而如何把安徽省茶叶企业做大做强,是其中需要研究的一个领域。《安徽省人民政府关于加强茶叶品牌建设进--步做大做强茶产业的意见》(皖政(2012]23号)指出:一家年销售超过10亿、3家超过5亿和10家超过一亿的茶叶龙头企业的发展和培育,并且力争帮助2家茶叶龙头企业上市是安徽省未来5年的目标。安徽省茶叶龙头企业的培育,不单单是茶叶企业生产加工规模的扩大,更为重要的是茶叶龙头企业的竞争力的提升。而茶叶龙头企业综合实力的增强,对于企业市场的拓展和安徽省经济的带动,都起到积极地作用。破坏性创新(Disruptive innovation)最早是由是哈佛商学院教授Christensen于1997年提出的,是创新领域应用较为广泛的理论之一,并且有着丰富实证研究。本文以破坏性创新为理论支撑,以安徽省茶叶龙头企业为研究对象。从安徽省茶产业现状和茶叶龙头企业存在的问题的分析出发,结合茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的形成过程,具体分析了构成安徽省茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的技术研发、资源整合、生产加工、组织模式、管理能力、市场营销等六大要素。不仅给出了核心竞争力要素模型,直观的反映了安徽省茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的组成部分:而且确立了评价指标体系,为安徽省茶叶龙头企业培育竞争力提供借鉴,更好的指导茶叶企业的发展。本文的实证分析,采用层次分析法,设计调查问卷。通过问卷调查和访谈,邀请数位专家评价、打分,获得第一手资料。数据收集后,借助Expert Choice2000进行数据处理,得出各个指标的权重及竞争力指数。结果表明,安徽省茶叶企业核心竞争力指数为74.92,处于一般层次。从得分结果来看,基于破坏性创新的安徽省茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的构建还应进一步加强。从计算结果来看,每个要素对安徽省茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的重要程度排序为:市场营销要素(35.4%)资源整合要素(20.2%)技术开发要素(18.5%)管理能力要素(16.6%)生产加工要素(5.4%)组织模式要素(3.9%)。单从数值上看,市场营销要素对茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的重要程度最大,是影响茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力提升成败的关键因素,资源整合要素和技术开发要素在一定程度上,对茶叶龙头企业核心竞争力的提升有一定的影响,不可忽视其作用;组织模式要素和生产加工要素的重要程度相对要小一些。安徽省茶叶龙头企业竞争力指数为74.92,市场营销要素、资源整合要素的竞争力指数分别为28.02、16.025,竞争力较强。管理能力要素和技术开发要素竞争力指数为12.636、11.563,竞争力一般。组织模式要素和生产加工要素的竞争力指数为2.555、4.1203,在所有要素中最低,说明有很大提升空间,应作为重点发展对象。最后,借鉴评价结果,结合安徽省茶叶龙头企业现状,分别从政府与企业两个维度,提出切实可行的对策。即:强化政府引导,改善企业市场环境;加强科研建设,加大研发投入力度。完善技术创新体系,促进组织模式创新;发现企业市场资源,识别转化竞争优势:培育新型企业文化,建立创新管理机制。
[Abstract]:The "three rural issues" has been a topic of concern of experts and scholars and the government, and how to make Anhui tea enterprises bigger and stronger, which is a research field. The people's Government of Anhui Province on strengthening tea brand building -- step into the tea industry bigger and stronger political opinions (Anhui (2012]23) pointed out: the annual sales of more than 1 billion, 3 more than 500 million and 10 more than one hundred million of the leading tea enterprises in developing and nurturing, and strive to help the 2 leading tea enterprises listed in Anhui province is the goal for the next 5 years. Anhui province to cultivate the leading tea enterprises, not only to expand the scale of tea production and processing enterprises, more important is the leading tea enterprises to enhance the competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the leading tea enterprises increased, for the expansion of the enterprise market in Anhui province and the economic development, will play a positive role of disruptive innovation (Disruptive innovat. Ion) is the first by the proposed Christensen is a professor at Harvard Business School in 1997, is one of the widely used theoretical innovation, and has abundant empirical research. Based on the disruptive innovation theory, with the leading tea enterprises in Anhui Province as the research object. The analysis from the current situation of tea industry in Anhui province and the leading tea the problem of the formation process of the core competitiveness of the leading tea enterprises, analyzes the technology research and development, constitute the core competitiveness of Anhui Province, the leading tea enterprises to integrate resources, production and processing, organization mode, management ability, marketing six elements. Not only gives the core competency model, directly reflects the part of the core competitiveness of Anhui province tea leading enterprises and establishes the evaluation index system, provide a reference for the cultivation of competitiveness of tea enterprises in Anhui Province, the better To guide the development of the tea enterprises. The empirical analysis of this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process, and design the questionnaire. Through questionnaires and interviews, invited several experts to evaluate, scoring, obtain first-hand information. After data collection, data processing using Expert Choice2000, and the competitiveness index weights of each index. The results show that the core competitiveness Anhui province tea enterprises index was 74.92, in the general level. From the scores of view, build the core competitiveness of the leading tea enterprises in Anhui Province, disruptive innovation should be further based on the calculation results. From the point of view, important degree of each factor on the core competitiveness of the leading tea enterprises in Anhui province ranked as: elements of marketing (35.4%) the integration of resources elements (20.2%) technology development factors (18.5%) management elements (16.6%) processing elements (5.4%) model elements (3.9%) from a single value. In Anhui Province, the leading tea enterprises competitiveness index for the 74.92 elements of marketing, resource integration competitiveness index factors were 28.02,16.025, competitive capability and management. Technology development elements competitiveness index 12.636,11.563, competitiveness in general.
