【摘要】:在当前竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,企业供应链能否针对实际的市场情况进行快速响应已经成为企业站稳脚跟的主要因素之一。目前我国关于供应链的研究已经有很多,但是基于约束理论下的供应链快速响应研究还相对不足。约束理论(THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS, TOC)的基本理念是:限制系统实现企业目标的因素并不是系统的全部资源,而仅仅是其中某些被称之为“瓶颈”的个别资源。找出制约系统的关键因素加以解决,起到事半功倍的作用。 约束理论的主要方法就是思维流程图(Thinking Process, TP),本文首先阐述约束理论及供应链快速响应的研究状况,详细论述了约束理论的逻辑思维方式及使用步骤,指出了约束理论解决供应链各部门核心矛盾的思路。其次运用思维流程的五大工具对某电抗企业的影响供应链快速响应的因素进行分析,对其生产部门、销售部门及质量问题等之间的相互制约关系进行深入的研究,找出其瓶颈因素并提出改善设想。然后,为使企业达到理想目标再针对企业瓶颈因素中具体的瓶颈环节用基于瓶颈因素的APS(Advanced Planning System)算法进行合理排程,运用缓冲资源使企业不会由于瓶颈环节而导致不必要的资源浪费。实践证明将约束理论运用到供应链快速响应中会为企业带来很大的发展,虽在某些细节上会有所不足,但整体来说必将为企业的发展做出重大的贡献。
[Abstract]:In the current fierce competition in the market environment, enterprise supply chain can fast response has become one of the main factors of the enterprise foothold in the market actual situation. At present, the study on supply chain in China has a lot of, but should be based on theory of constraints under the supply chain of quick response research is relatively inadequate. The theory of constraints (THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS, TOC) the basic idea is: all the resources restriction system to realize the goal of the enterprise is not a factor system, but only some of them are called "individual resource bottleneck". To find out the key factors restricting the system to solve, play a multiplier effect.
The main approach is the thought process (Thinking Process TP), this paper expounds the research status of the theory of constraints and the fast response of the supply chain, discusses in detail the theory of constraint logic thinking method and the steps, pointed out that the theory of constraints to solve the various departments of supply chain core contradictory ideas. Secondly using five factors of thinking tools the impact of a business process reactance of the quick response of supply chain is analyzed, the production department, in-depth study of the relationship between the sales department and the quality problems, find out the bottleneck factors and put forward the improvement plan. Then, to enable enterprises to achieve the ideal goal and the bottleneck for enterprise bottlenecks in specific with the bottleneck factor based on APS (Advanced Planning System) algorithm is a reasonable scheduling, using buffer resources to make the enterprises not due to bottlenecks Unnecessary waste of resources. Practice has proved that applying constraint theory to the rapid response of supply chain will bring great development to enterprises. Although there will be some deficiencies in some details, it will make a significant contribution to the development of enterprises as a whole.
