【摘要】:近年来,传统制造业特别是家电制造企业服务转型始终是炙手可热的研究课题。不论是IBM、DELL等IT领域制造企业,还是海尔、惠普这样的传统消费电子制造企业,都在不断加快企业服务转型和产业升级的步伐。长虹公司作为内陆地区大型的家电制造企业,在制造业企业服务化和家电产品智能化的产业技术革命浪潮下,也在积极地推进公司产业转型和服务化有关工作,为公司持续健康发展寻找新的增长引擎和动力源泉。因此,本文从目前的宏观经济形势、产业发展形势和行业发展趋势出发,结合全球家电制造企业与IT、互联网产业深度融合的智能时代背景,分析研究长虹公司内部服务外显化转型战略制定的背景以及战略执行的历程。通过转型过程的分析,说明长虹公司服务化转型既是公司产业转型升级的客观要求,也是家电制造企业发展到今天参与和适应市场竞争的客观需求,并对长虹公司进一步优化和提升服务水平提出作者自己的意见和建议。按照转型方案制定和实施的过程,本文论述了长虹提出服务转型的动因,分析了服务转型过程中存在的困难和问题,并在此基础上全面识别了长虹公司长期以来积淀的基于制造的内部服务工作内容,分析了长虹公司内部服务外显化转型的潜在可行条件,研究了内部服务外显化转型路径的实效性,并展望了技术革新时代下长虹内部服务外显化转型的新的呈现方式,用案例论证的方式分析长虹公司内部服务外显化转型战略可行、有效,阐述了长虹公司服务化转型的成效,为长虹公司后期优化和提升服务能力提供可参考的理论支持。本文分析说明了在家电制造企业新的发展时期,内部服务外显化转型是长虹公司产业升级转型和加快服务产业发展的捷径。只要加快研究和发展更加丰富的服务外显化呈现方式,创造更具有竞争力的服务化商业模式,长虹公司就一定可以在服务这个新兴产业上大有所为。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the traditional manufacturing industry, especially the household appliance manufacturing enterprise service transformation has always been a hot research topic, whether it is IBM / Dell and other IT field manufacturing enterprises, or Haier. Traditional consumer electronics manufacturers, such as Hewlett-Packard, are accelerating the pace of service transformation and industrial upgrading. Changhong is a large appliance manufacturer in the interior. Under the tide of industrial technology revolution of manufacturing enterprises' service and home appliances' intellectualization, it is also actively promoting the company's industrial transformation and service related work. Therefore, from the current macroeconomic situation, industrial development situation and industry development trends, combined with the global appliance manufacturing enterprises and IT. The background of the intelligent era of the deep integration of the Internet industry, the analysis of Changhong company internal service explicit transformation strategy background and the implementation of the strategy. Through the analysis of the transformation process. It shows that the service transformation of Changhong Company is not only the objective requirement of industrial transformation and upgrading, but also the objective demand of household appliance manufacturing enterprises to participate in and adapt to the market competition. According to the process of making and implementing the transformation scheme, this paper discusses the motivation of Changhong's service transformation. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems in the process of service transformation, and on this basis, comprehensively identifies the internal service content accumulated by Changhong Company based on manufacturing for a long time. This paper analyzes the potential conditions for the transformation of internal service externalization in Changhong Company, and studies the effectiveness of the internal service explicit transition path. It also looks forward to the new presentation way of explicit transformation of Changhong's internal service in the era of technological innovation. It is feasible and effective to analyze the strategy of explicit transformation of internal service of Changhong Company with the method of case study. This paper expounds the effect of the service transformation of Changhong Company, and provides reference theoretical support for the later optimization and promotion of the service capacity of Changhong Company. This paper analyzes and explains the new development period in the household appliance manufacturing enterprises. The transformation of internal service externalization is a shortcut for Changhong Company to upgrade and accelerate the development of service industry. By creating a more competitive service business model, Changhong will certainly be able to do much in this emerging industry.
