【摘要】:石材作为一种天然的建筑装饰材料,目前已被大面积应用于住宅、酒店、火车站、机场等大型建筑物的地面、墙面。近二三十年,全球石材业的发展速度明显快于全球经济发展,在中国这一趋势更加明显。随着城市化进程的加快,对石材的需求量在未来几年内也将逐步上升。然而,石材行业在迎来高速发展期的同时,也面临行业内外的多重压力。目前的石材供应模式越来越不能满足消费者的需求,石材行业亟需一场经营变革。 首先,本文从组织结构、供应流程以及三流(物流/信息流/资金流)三个方面对石材供应链进行了简要分析,在此基础上总结了石材供应过程中存在的诸多问题,指出供应链整合能实现各环节信息和资源的整合,是改善石材行业现状的有效途径。并结合现有的三种石材供应链整合模式,分别阐述了其优劣势,经过对比得出:以石材贸易企业为核心的供应链整合更具现实可行性,更符合石材行业的发展趋势。 接着,针对以石材贸易企业为核心的供应链整合模式进行进一步探讨。从采购、加工以及销售三个环节具体分析了如何对以石材贸易企业为核心的供应链进行整合,将整合后的石材供应模式称为“矿山定制模式”;然后分析了该模式的组织结构、流程等基本特征,并建立了供应链成本核算模型,通过与传统模式对比,论证了矿山定制模式具有成本优势;最后从核心业务、成员关系、信息共享、利益分配四个方面提出企业实施矿山定制模式的策略。 最后,以本人实习所在的一家典型的石材贸易企业——G公司为例,结合企业供应链现状和资源优势,制定矿山定制模式的具体实施策略,并对实施效果进行评估,总结实施经验,为石材从业者的经营转型提供一定参考。 本文首次将供应链整合理论运用于石材行业,突破了单一石材企业竞争策略研究的局限性,站在提高供应链竞争力的角度,,提出了石材贸易企业主导的矿山定制模式。本文的研究为石材行业的变革提供了一种新思路,对于降低石材供应成本、减少资源浪费具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Stone as a natural building decoration material, has been widely used in residential, hotel, railway station, airport and other large buildings on the ground, wall. Nearly twenty or thirty years. The global stone industry is developing faster than the global economy, especially in China. With the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for stone will increase gradually in the next few years. At the same time, the stone industry is facing many pressures inside and outside the industry. The current stone supply mode can not meet the needs of consumers more and more, and the stone industry urgently needs a management change. First of all, this paper analyzes the stone supply chain from three aspects: organization structure, supply process and third flow (logistics / information flow / capital flow). On this basis, this paper summarizes many problems in the process of stone supply, and points out that supply chain integration can realize the integration of information and resources in various links. It is an effective way to improve the present situation of the stone industry. Combined with the existing three kinds of stone supply chain integration mode, the advantages and disadvantages of the stone supply chain are discussed respectively. Through comparison, it is concluded that supply chain integration with stone trading enterprises as the core is more feasible and more in line with the development trend of stone industry. Then, the paper further discusses the supply chain integration model with stone trading enterprises as the core. How to integrate the supply chain with stone trading enterprise as the core is analyzed in detail, and the integrated stone supply mode is called "mine customization mode". Then it analyzes the basic characteristics of the model, such as organization structure, process and so on, and establishes the cost accounting model of supply chain. By comparing with the traditional model, it proves that the mine customization model has cost advantage. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategy of implementing mine customization mode from four aspects: core business, member relationship, information sharing and benefit distribution. Finally, taking G Company, a typical stone trading enterprise where I practice, as an example, combining the supply chain status and resource advantages of the enterprise, the specific implementation strategy of mine customization model is formulated. The implementation effect is evaluated and the experience is summarized to provide some reference for the management transformation of stone workers. This paper applies supply chain integration theory to stone industry for the first time, breaking through the limitation of competition strategy research of single stone enterprise, standing in the angle of improving supply chain competitiveness. In this paper, a new mode of mine customization led by stone trading enterprises is put forward. The research in this paper provides a new way of thinking for the change of stone industry, which is of great significance to reduce the cost of stone supply and reduce the waste of resources.
