【摘要】:纺织业占我国GDP比例高达8%,是我国国民经济发展中的重要支柱行业。纺织机械作为纺织工业的生产手段和物质基础,其竞争力直接关系到产业升级转型。尤其是高端纺织机械的发展对纺织业的转型升级起关键的配合作用。目前我国纺织机械企业还存在着“各自为战”、“自我配套”的现象,造成了工程成套薄弱,技术力量分散和产品同质化的重复生产,这些都严重的影响了我国纺织机械产品的竞争能力。供应商是供应链管理的重中之重,对供应链整体功能的发挥起着重要的作用。因此企业可以通过对供应商的评估,选择合适的战略合作伙伴,这对其长远发展非常重要。目前国内虽然有学者针对纺机制造企业建立了评价供应商的标准,但评价指标体系较为陈旧,针对性不强,且评选方法人为主观成分较多,因而进一步的研究纺机制造企业的评价与选择缺乏一定的科学性与合理性,不能为我国纺机企业评选供应商提供理论依据,不利于我国纺机行业的整体进步与发展。 鉴于以上问题,本文以我国纺织机械制造企业为研究对象,就其评价与选择供应商进行了详细的研究。 首先,本文通过文献研究与调查相结合的方式,结合已有学者的研究成果,系统性的概括了纺机行业以及纺机行业供应商的特点,并对其进行了详细的分析与说明。 其次,在此基础上,本文通过研究文献与访问专家等形式,制定调查问卷,并运用SPSS软件对调查结果进行信效度分析,从产品竞争力、企业环保性水平、企业生产水平、企业经营水平、企业信息化水平、合作能力水平和服务水平等七个大的方面构建了纺机制造企业评选供应商的评价指标体系,并给出了各个指标的详细说明和隶属度函数。 再次,本文在考虑现有有关评价供应商方法的基础上,把模糊理论与神经网络相结合,通过设置网络的各项参数,进行试错,最终建立了基于模糊神经网络的供应商评价模型。该模型集模糊化与自适应于一身,避免了人为主观性等问题,且具有良好的学习能力。在收集大量供应商的相关数据基础上,通过运用Matlab软件对构建的模糊神经网络模型进行仿真与验证,从而验证了该模型的准确性和有效性。 最后,本文以国内一家纺机制造企业评选供应商作为案例,运用模糊神经网络模型进行研究,研究结果表明该模型具有一定的现实参考与应用价值。 本文的研究,紧密结合我国纺机行业的实际需求,就纺机制造企业评价与选择供应商方面进行了详细的研究,提出的评价指标与选择模型在理论和实践上对纺机制造企业评选供应商有着较好的现实意义与借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:China's high proportion of GDP accounted for 8% of the textile industry is an important pillar industry in China's national economic development. As the textile machinery textile industrial means of production and material basis, its competitiveness is directly related to the transformation of industrial upgrading. Especially for the development of the textile industry of high-end textile machinery upgrade has played a key role. At present, China's textile machinery enterprises still exist "," fight the enemy separately "self supporting" phenomenon, resulting in complete engineering weak, repeated production technology of dispersion and homogeneity of products, these are serious impact on China's textile machine mechanical product competition ability. Supplier is the priority among priorities of supply chain management. It plays an important role in the whole function of the supply chain. So the enterprise can assess the supplier, choose the appropriate strategic partner, it is very important for its long-term development. At present, although the Some scholars in textile machinery manufacturing enterprises to establish the supplier evaluation standard, the evaluation index system is outdated, the pertinence is not strong, and the selection method of subjective composition more, thus further research on textile machinery manufacturing enterprise assessment and selection of the lack of scientific and rational, can provide a theoretical basis for China's textile enterprises supplier selection that is not conducive to the overall progress and development of China's textile industry.
In view of the above problems, this paper takes the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises of our country as the research object, and makes a detailed study on the supplier of its evaluation and selection.
First of all, this paper systematically summarizes the characteristics of the textile machinery industry and the suppliers of textile machinery industry through the combination of literature research and investigation, combined with the research results of the existing scholars, and makes a detailed analysis and explanation for them.
Secondly, on the basis of this, this article through the literature research and interviews with experts, questionnaire, and using SPSS software to analysis the reliability and validity of the survey results, from the product competitiveness, enterprise environmental protection level, the level of production enterprise, enterprise management level, enterprise information level, seven aspects of cooperation and ability level the level of service to construct the textile machinery manufacturing enterprise supplier selection evaluation index system, and gives a detailed description of each index and membership function.
Thirdly, considering the existing supplier evaluation methods, the fuzzy theory is combined with neural network, the parameters of trial and error, set up the network, finally establish the supplier evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network. The model in fuzzy and adaptive in a body, to avoid the subjectivity and other issues, and have a good learning ability. Based on the relevant data collected a large number of suppliers, through the simulation and verification of the fuzzy neural network model is constructed by using Matlab software, which verifies the accuracy and validity of the model.
Finally, a case study of supplier selection is made by a spinning machine manufacturer in China. The fuzzy neural network model is applied to the research. The research results show that the model has certain practical reference and application value.
This paper, combining with the actual requirements of China's textile industry, the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises evaluation and selection of suppliers is analyzed, the evaluation indexes and selection model proposed in theory and practice of the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises selected suppliers has a good practical significance and reference.
