建筑设计院的设计管理

【摘要】：经济的迅猛发展，城市化进程的加快，带来的是建筑行业的蓬勃的发展。建筑设计院作为国内建筑设计行业的领头者，拥有强大的优势，无疑是最大的受益者。但是，随着国内建筑市场的对外开放以及国内私人设计单位的兴起，建筑设计市场竞争愈演愈烈，设计院面临着巨大的挑战。为应对外来的挑战，在建筑设计市场继续取得优势，建筑设计院应进行体制改革，转变设计和管理理念。本文运用相关的理论，结合我国设计院的设计管理现状，借鉴国外优秀企业的管理经验，对我国建筑设计院的设计管理进行优化设计。在企业运营方面，注重企业的长远发展，，制定发展战略和建立合理的组织结构；在项目管理层面，对设计流程实行标准化管理，建立有效的项目管理机制，严格控制设计产品质量。本文的研究对设计院的设计管理优化有一定的指导意义，主要成果有：（1）在借鉴前人理论的基础上，对设计管理的概念和内容进行了较为详细的论述和解释。（2）对照国外一些优秀企业的设计管理，对我国建筑设计院的设计管理进行深刻的剖析，找出其中的缺点与不足。（3）在企业运营、管理层面，根据企业发展需求制定较为科学的发展战略；为提高企业运营管理的效率和效果，设计了较为合理的组织结构体系；同时在企业的沟通方面提出了优化方案。（4）在项目层面，找到对项目进行有重要影响的几个方面，项目流程或程序、项目内部组织结构及项目设计质量，对其进行优化设计，提高项目的效率和保证项目目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process , the development of the construction industry is brought forward . As the leader of the domestic architectural design industry , the architecture design institute has a strong advantage and is undoubtedly the biggest beneficiary . In the aspect of enterprise operation , the design management of the architecture design institute is optimized . In the aspect of enterprise operation , the design process should be standardized and managed , the effective project management mechanism is established , and the design quality of the design institute is strictly controlled . The research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the design management optimization of the design institute , and the main results are as follows : ( 1 ) Based on the former theory , the concept and content of design management are discussed and explained in detail . ( 2 ) Control the design and management of some outstanding enterprises abroad , and deeply analyze the design and management of the building design institute in China , and find out the defects and shortcomings . ( 3 ) In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise ' s operation management , a more reasonable structure system is designed to improve the efficiency and effect of the enterprise ' s operation management , and the optimization scheme is put forward in the communication of enterprises . ( 4 ) At the project level , find several aspects , such as project flow or procedure , internal organization structure and project design quality of the project , optimize the design of the project , improve the efficiency of the project and ensure the project objectives .
