【摘要】:随着经济的繁荣发展,由经济增长所造成的环境和食品安全问题严重威胁着人类的健康。绿色食品作为一种无污染、无公害的安全、优质、营养类食品,激发了消费者对食品绿色化的强烈需求,绿色食品在国内外市场上具有广阔的发展空间,越来越多的企业开始发展绿色食品产业,并争先打造知名的绿色食品品牌来抢占市场,绿色食品市场竞争越来越激烈。北大荒集团作为绿色食品生产企业,已培育出“九三”、“完达山”、“北大荒”等中国驰名品牌,在国内外绿色食品市场上具有一定的影响力,绿色食品市场占有率显著提高。但其绿色食品产业的发展中仍然存在着诸多问题,制约着其产业的发展,因此,针对北大荒集团绿色食品产业发展进行研究,对于推动北大荒集团绿色食品产业的发展具有极其重要的意义。 论文主要以北大荒集团绿色食品产业发展为研究对象,在有关绿色食品产业国内外研究现状及相应理论分析的基础上,通过对北大荒集团绿色食品产业发展现状进行分析,找出绿色食品产业发展中存在的绿色食品产业集中度低、产业化程度不足、品牌影响力不够、国际竞争力不高、经济效益低下等问题,并针对这些问题挖掘出产业组织结构、技术创新、产品质量监管、绿色食品品牌管理、绿色食品营销、相关和支持性产业的发展等影响因素,然后运用结构模型解析法对各影响因素进行分析,明确各影响因素之间的层次结构关系,最后以此为依据,提出夯实绿色食品产业发展基础、注重科技创新和产品质量监管、加强品牌管理和绿色食品营销等措施来促进北大荒集团绿色食品产业更快更好的发展。
[Abstract]:With the prosperous development of economy, the environmental and food safety problems caused by economic growth are seriously threatening human health. Green food as a pollution-free, pollution-free safety, high-quality, nutritious food. Has stimulated the consumer to the food green intense demand, the green food has the broad development space in the domestic and foreign market, more and more enterprises begin to develop the green food industry. And to create a well-known green food brand to seize the market, green food market competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer. As a green food production enterprise, Beidahuang Group has cultivated "93", "Wandashan". "Beidahuang" and other well-known Chinese brands have a certain influence in the green food market at home and abroad, and the market share of green food has increased significantly. However, there are still many problems in the development of green food industry. Therefore, the research on the development of green food industry in Beidahuang Group is of great significance to promote the development of Green Food Industry in Beidahuang Group. The paper mainly takes the development of green food industry in Beidahuang Group as the research object, based on the research status and corresponding theoretical analysis of the green food industry at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of green food industry in Beidahuang Group, we find out that the green food industry in the development of green food industry has low concentration degree, insufficient industrialization degree and insufficient brand influence. The international competitiveness is not high, the economic benefit is low and so on. Aiming at these problems, the industrial organization structure, the technological innovation, the product quality supervision, the green food brand management, the green food marketing have been excavated. The development of related and supportive industries and other factors, and then use the structural model analysis method to analyze the impact factors, to clarify the hierarchical structure relationship between the factors, and finally based on this. The paper puts forward some measures to promote the development of green food industry in Beidahuang Group, such as ramming up the development foundation of green food industry, paying attention to scientific and technological innovation and product quality supervision, strengthening brand management and green food marketing and other measures to promote the development of green food industry in Beidahuang Group.
