【摘要】：汽车零部件入厂物流涉及的汽车零部件数量大、种类繁、供应商多,被认为是整个汽车物流系统中最复杂的部分。近年来,可以显著降低物流成本的循环取货入厂物流模式受到普遍重视,其具有高频率、小批量、窗口时间严格等特点,使汽车制造企业的准时化供货变成现实,提升了零部件入厂物流的效率,实现物流成本降低,从而提高了汽车制造企业在市场中的竞争力。本文系统地研究了汽车零部件Milk-Run的基本理论、运作流程,以及循环取货入厂物流项目特点。论文的主要内容为：第一章为论文的绪论,介绍了论文的研究背景和意义,并阐述了技术路线；第二章对循环取货的概念和项目的概念进行了总结；第三章主要阐述了Q公司开展循环取货的基本现状和需求分析；第四章主要是进行了MR项目实施的进度管理；第五章研究了项目的费用管理和相关的风险；第六章说明了MR项目实施的案例分析；最后对论文进行总结和展望。论文的主要贡献体现在：1、针对项目的进度设计,从平行工序和工序内容分解两个方面研究计划的控制和调整问题,给出了调整方案。2：对于项目实施对企业的费用影响展开研究,预测了费用节约的具体情况,并给出了风险因素分析。
[Abstract]:As the most complicated part in the whole automobile logistics system, the automobile parts into the factory logistics involves a large number of automobile parts, many kinds of parts and many suppliers, so it is considered to be the most complex part in the whole automobile logistics system in recent years. The logistics mode which can significantly reduce the cost of logistics is attached great importance to, which has the characteristics of high frequency, small batch and strict window time, which makes the on-time supply of automobile manufacturing enterprises become a reality. It improves the efficiency of component entry logistics, realizes the logistics cost reduction, thus improves the competitiveness of automobile manufacturing enterprises in the market. This paper systematically studies the basic theory of automobile parts Milk-Run. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction of the thesis, introduces the research background and significance of the paper, and expounds the technical route; The second chapter summarizes the concept of recycling goods and the concept of items; The third chapter describes the Q company to carry out the basic status quo of recycling goods and demand analysis; Chapter 4th mainly carries on the progress management of the implementation of Mr project; Chapter 5th studies the project cost management and related risks; Chapter 6th explains the case analysis of the implementation of Mr project; Finally, the thesis is summarized and prospected. The main contribution of the paper is reflected in: 1. Aiming at the project schedule design, the paper studies the control and adjustment of the plan from two aspects of parallel process and process content decomposition. This paper gives the adjustment scheme. 2: the paper studies the impact of project implementation on the cost of the enterprise, forecasts the specific situation of cost saving, and gives the analysis of risk factors.
