【摘要】:在当今社会,人才正在成为推进社会发展的主要动力,高技能人才成为企业发展的核心要素。由于石油行业自身的特殊性,资源的稀缺性,使企业更加重视培养高技能人才,不断地发展和提高生产力。目前,我国石油企业除了高技能人才队伍存在着数量上的缺乏之外,还存在着人才结构不合理以及人才的综合素质不高等问题。石油企业由于自身处于资源型行业,企业发展受到很多因素的影响和制约,因此研究如何提高和发展企业高技能人才能力问题就成为一个重要的问题。 本文首先通过分析论文研究的背景及意义,在全面分析国内外研究现状的基础上,明确了论文的研究思路和内容;通过调查分析和资料的检索,界定了石油企业高技能人才的内涵,充分阐述了石油企业高技能人才具备的特点,并据此制定了具有可行性的系统、科学的石油企业高技能人才评价程序和内容。结合我国石油企业高技能人才评价的特点,从理论知识、操作技能、学习能力、创新能力、综合素质等方面,深入分析了石油企业高技能人才能力的影响因素,建立高技能人才评价指标和方法,并对L石油企业高技能人才能力进行了评价,依据评价的结果,提出提高我国石油业高技能人才能力的有效策略。
[Abstract]:In today's society, talents are becoming the main driving force to promote social development, high-skilled talents become the core elements of the development of enterprises. Because of the particularity of the petroleum industry, the scarcity of resources. So that enterprises pay more attention to the cultivation of highly skilled personnel, constantly develop and improve productivity. At present, our petroleum enterprises in addition to the number of highly skilled personnel in the lack of. There are also some problems such as unreasonable structure of talents and low comprehensive quality of talents. Because petroleum enterprises are in resource-based industries, the development of oil enterprises is affected and restricted by many factors. Therefore, how to improve and develop the ability of high-skilled talents has become an important issue. First of all, through the analysis of the background and significance of the paper research, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of research at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the research ideas and content of the paper; Through investigation, analysis and data retrieval, this paper defines the connotation of high-skilled talents in petroleum enterprises, fully expounds the characteristics of high-skilled talents in petroleum enterprises, and formulates a feasible system accordingly. Scientific evaluation procedure and content of high skill talents in petroleum enterprises. Combined with the characteristics of high skill talents evaluation of petroleum enterprises in China, from theoretical knowledge, operational skills, learning ability, innovation ability, comprehensive quality and so on. This paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the ability of high skilled talents in petroleum enterprises, establishes the evaluation indexes and methods of high skilled talents, and evaluates the ability of high skilled talents in L petroleum enterprises, according to the results of the evaluation. An effective strategy to improve the ability of high skilled personnel in oil industry of China is put forward.
