【摘要】:后金融危机时代,技术发展日新月异,客户需求趋于多样,使得产品生命周期不断变短,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。企业不得不承受交期缩短,产品质量提高,成本提高,服务提升的巨大压力。企业要想生存和发展,必须能够对不断变化的市场做出快速的反应。为了达成快速反应的目标,企业会选择生产一部分库存。库存对于企业的运营管理有着举足轻重的作用。库存是一把双刃剑,高水平的库存管理能够明显地改善客户的服务水平,及时满足客户的生产或销售的需要,合理运用库存还能有效降低企业的运营成本,可以为企业带来可观的利润,反之,低水平的库存管理可能会让企业经营出现风险。传统的库存理论难以适应当前经济的发展并会给库存管理带来风险。供应链管理思想的出现,为库存管理指引了一条全新的道路。在供应链环境下,企业应该立足于自身的实际情况,寻找适合自己公司的库存管理方案,不断降低库存成本,为提升整个供应链的竞争实力做出贡献。本文以中国前十大汽车铝合金轮圈制造企业之一的MS公司为案例,通过研究库存基本理论,重点研究供应链库存管理理论和三种供应链库存管理策略——供应商管理库存、联合库存管理以及协同计划、预测与补给,并针对MS公司的库存管理状况和影响库存管理的原因逐一进行分析,提出了降低库存周转率、降低库存成本、改善帐物不符和降低库存呆滞的改进方案,建立起产品追溯系统和实施供应商管理库存的策略,从而全面提升企业的核心竞争力。MS公司通过建立产品追溯系统和实施供应商管理库存,取得理想的效果,由此证明产品追溯系统和供应商管理库存模式是适合汽车铝合金轮圈制造企业的,相信这个理论对其他汽车配件企业同样具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, the development of technology change rapidly, customer demand becomes more diverse, the product life cycle is shorter, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. Enterprises have to bear the delivery time shorten, improve product quality, increase cost, service upgrade. The huge pressure to the survival and development of enterprises, must be capable of changing market make a quick reaction. In order to achieve the goals of quick response, enterprises will choose a part of the production inventory. Inventory plays an important role in the operation and management of enterprises. Inventory is a double-edged sword, a high level of inventory management can significantly improve the customer service level, in a timely manner to meet customer needs in the production or sale. Reasonable use of inventory can effectively reduce the operating costs of the enterprise, can bring considerable profits for the enterprise, on the other hand, the low level of inventory management may make the enterprise management At risk. The traditional inventory theory is difficult to adapt to the development of economy and will bring the risk of inventory management. The theory of supply chain management, point out a new road for inventory management. Under the environment of supply chain, enterprises should be based on their actual situation, to find suitable for their own inventory management solutions company. Continue to reduce inventory costs and make a contribution to enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain. This paper manufacturing company MS, one of the top ten car China Aluminum Alloy rim as the case, through the research on the basic theory of inventory, focusing on supply chain inventory management theory and three kinds of supply chain inventory management strategy, supplier management inventory, inventory management and collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment, and for the MS company's inventory management status and the influence of inventory management problems one by one analysis, put forward to reduce the inventory turnover Rate, reduce inventory costs and improve the account of the discrepancies and reduce inventory sluggish improvement, establish product traceability system and the implementation of vendor managed inventory strategy, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.MS company through the establishment of product traceability system and the implementation of vendor managed inventory, to achieve the desired results, which proves that the product traceability system and vendor managed inventory model is suitable for Aluminum Alloy wheel vehicle manufacturing enterprises, believe that this theory is also a reference to other auto parts enterprises.
