【摘要】:我国煤炭企业属于粗放式经济增长和劳动密集型企业,资源依赖性强,国家“十二五”规划提出建设新型能源企业的要求。煤炭企业面对安全问题突出、成本增加、资源约束等困难,迫切需要提升核心竞争力。核心竞争力理论通过培育异质性系统能力增强企业行为价值,使企业获取可持续的竞争优势。本文运用核心竞争力理论,以兖矿集团为例对其竞争力进行研究评价,以期为提高我国煤炭企业核心竞争力提供参考。本文旨在通过调查访谈、PEST、波特五力模型和SWOT分析等方法,探究兖矿集团这类能源型企业在目前经济环境下和未来发展趋势中的核心竞争力构成要素,,并通过AHP层次分析法,对相关要素给予权重,排列出企业应当重点培育的战略策划(国际化战略、名牌战略和借力联强战略)、技术创新、人才团队建设(管理出价值)、企业文化建设(勇于尝试、责任文化、自我革新)、精细化营销、资本运作能力和运营模式七大核心要素,为企业发展提供若干可行性建议。具体文章分为如下几部分: 第一章:绪论。主要介绍论文的选题背景、研究意义、研究对象、研究目标和思路方法。根据能源企业发展对国民经济发展的重要性和发展现状提出评价,尤其针对我国现实和兖矿实际,说明了提升企业核心竞争力对兖矿本身、能源企业发展和国民经济发展的重要意义。 第二章:文献综述。学习探究核心竞争力理论的来源与发展,揭示核心竞争力的内涵,归类分析国内外核心竞争力理论研究学派和主要观点,并细化到企业核心能力要素的理论分析,评析国内煤炭企业核心竞争力研究现状并对煤炭企业核心竞争力研究文献进行综评。 第三章:宏观纵览。介绍当前能源型企业的发展基本情况,运用波特五力模型对能源型企业外部环境进行分析,并以兖矿集团为实例,应用SWOT分析法分析现今能源型企业内外环境,将研究视角放在行业内外的宏观情况中综合考虑。 第四章:实证分析,以兖矿集团为例,通过问卷调查,进行实证研究。研究结果表明,技术竞争力在煤炭企业核心竞争力系统中起主导作用,权重为0.273;管理竞争力与市场竞争力在体系中重要程度相近,权重分别为0.2535和0.2532,企业成长能力是系统能力的重要组成部分,权重为0.2203。实证结果说明,兖矿集团核心竞争力评价为较强,它与强核心竞争力煤炭企业关联度R为0.7324,其中管理竞争力R1为0.716,技术竞争力R2为0.713,市场竞争力R3为0.697,企业成长能力R4为0.816。兖矿集团核心竞争力实证研究可作案例指导煤炭企业应用核心竞争力评价体系和评价模型。 最后,基于实证结果,论文提出兖矿集团应提升资源运营能力R15为0.333,人才投资力度R13为0.401,技术人员占总员工比率R24为0.333,RD投入额R25为0.421,客户忠诚度R34为0.746,运销系统稳定性R35为0.649,企业创新能力R45为0.417,以实现增强企业核心竞争力。根据研究模型和企业发展现状,给出务实、有效的核心竞争力提升策略建议,供煤炭企业参考、采纳和使用。
[Abstract]:China's coal enterprises belong to the extensive economic growth and labor intensive enterprises, resource dependent countries, "12th Five-Year" plan proposed the construction of new energy resources enterprise. Coal enterprises face security problems, increased costs, resource constraints and other difficulties, the urgent need to enhance the core competitiveness. The theory of core competence by cultivating the ability of heterogeneous system to enhance enterprise value of behavior, to enable enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. This paper uses the theory of core competence in Yankuang Group as an example to evaluate its competitiveness, so as to provide reference for improving the core competitiveness of coal enterprises in our country. This paper aims to survey interviews, PEST, Potter's five forces model and SWOT analysis method, exploring the elements this kind of Yankuang Group of energy enterprise core competitiveness in the current economic environment and future development trend, and through the AHP hierarchy Analysis of the law, give the weight of related elements, arrangement of enterprises should focus on fostering strategic planning (internationalization strategy, brand strategy and technology innovation strategy, leveraging Synnex), team building (Value Management), the construction of enterprise culture (culture of responsibility, the courage to try, self innovation), precision marketing, capital operation ability and the operation mode of seven core elements, to provide some feasible suggestions for the development of enterprises. The article is divided into several parts as follows:
The first chapter is introduction. The research object of the paper introduces the research background, research significance, research objectives, methods and ideas. According to the importance and status quo of the development of energy enterprises in the development of the national economy evaluation is proposed, especially for the reality of our country and Yanzhou practice, illustrates the core competitiveness of enterprises to raise the Yanzhou itself, important energy companies the development and the development of the national economy.
The second chapter: literature review. Study the origin and development of the core competence theory, reveal the connotation of core competence, classification and analysis of core competence at home and abroad theory research school and the main points, and refined to the enterprise core competence elements theory analysis, analysis of the status quo of research on the core competence of domestic coal enterprises and the research literature on the core competitiveness of coal enterprises comprehensive assessment.
The third chapter: the macro overview introduces the basic situation of the current development of energy enterprises, using Potter's five forces model to analyze the external environment of energy enterprises, and to Yankuang Group as an example, the application of SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of the current energy enterprises, the research perspective on the macro situation both inside and outside the industry considered.
The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis, in order to Yankuang Group as an example, through questionnaire survey and empirical research. The results show that the competitiveness of technology play a leading role in the system of the core competitiveness of coal enterprises, the weight is 0.273; management competitiveness and market competitiveness in the system of the importance of the similar weight were 0.2535 and 0.2532, the growth ability of enterprises is an important part of the system capacity, the weight is 0.2203. the empirical results show that the evaluation of the core competence of Yankuang Group is strong, with strong core competitiveness of coal enterprises association degree of R is 0.7324, the management competence of R1 is 0.716, R2 technology competitiveness is 0.713, the market competitiveness of R3 is 0.697, the enterprise growth ability R4 is an empirical study on the core competence 0.816. can be used as the case guidance of Yanzhou Mining Group coal enterprise application core competitiveness evaluation system and evaluation model.
Finally, based on empirical results, this paper Yankuang Group should enhance the operation capability of R15 is 0.333, R13 is 0.401 investment in human resources, technical personnel of the total staff ratio of R24 is 0.333, RD investment R25 is 0.421, the customer loyalty of R34 is 0.746, R35 is 0.649 and the stability of the system, the enterprise innovation ability in R45 was 0.417. To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. According to the current situation, model and study of the development of enterprises are pragmatic strategies to enhance the core competitiveness of the reference for the coal enterprises, the adoption and use.
