【摘要】:随着竞争日趋激烈的市场,企业面临着很大的压力。在这些压力下,为了减少成本,缩短前置时间的同时向客户供给高质量的产品和服务,越来越多的管理者着手关注精益六西格玛。近年来,国内机械工业和其他制造业掀起了一股学习精益六西格玛管理的热潮,透过培训、现场实施、考察先进企业,比较交流等形式,精益六西格玛是一种先进的管理模式,它来自于精益生产与六西格玛管理的有效整合,其本质是减少过程变异、消除浪费。但是精益六西格玛管理在我国仍旧处于初级的研究阶段。国内除了一些大型企业外,很少有中小企业应用精益六西格玛管理理论。精益六西格玛管理是企业管理成长过程中形成的一种新的管理理念和经营哲学,,它揭露了当代生产方式的一般规律和方式。对于企业而言,则必须有一个具体的实践和成长的过程。 首先,介绍了研究的背景、目的和意义。 其次,基于精益生产的概念、特征、工具和六西格玛管理的起源、本质、特征作了的简单介绍。重点介绍了精益六西格玛方法,确定了精益六西格玛的含意并提出了实施程序、工具选择、组织结构和重要成功要素等。 最后,介绍了精益六西格玛管理在我国钢铁公司的应用,建立精益六西格玛管理体系,确定项目和精益六西格玛DMAIC方法应用步骤。希望对国内制造企业在推广和施行精益六西格玛项目管理中起到借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, enterprises are facing a lot of pressure. Under these pressures, in order to reduce costs, shorten the lead time while providing high quality products and services to customers. More and more managers begin to pay attention to Lean six Sigma. In recent years, the domestic machinery industry and other manufacturing industries set off a wave of learning Lean six Sigma management, through training, on-site implementation. Lean six Sigma is an advanced management mode, which comes from the effective integration of lean production and six sigma management, and its essence is to reduce process variation. Elimination of waste. But Lean six Sigma management in China is still in the primary stage of research. In addition to some large enterprises in China. Lean six Sigma management theory is rarely applied in small and medium-sized enterprises. Lean six Sigma management is a new management concept and management philosophy formed in the process of enterprise management growth. It reveals the general rules and methods of contemporary production mode. For enterprises, there must be a concrete process of practice and growth. Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the research are introduced. Secondly, based on the concept of lean production, characteristics, tools and six Sigma management of the origin, nature, characteristics of a simple introduction, focusing on the lean six Sigma method. The meaning of Lean six Sigma is defined and implementation procedures, tool selection, organizational structure and key success factors are proposed. Finally, the application of Lean six Sigma Management in China Iron and Steel Company is introduced, and the Lean six Sigma Management system is established. The application steps of the project and Lean six Sigma (DMAIC) method are determined. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in the promotion and implementation of Lean six Sigma project management in domestic manufacturing enterprises.
