张江生物医药产业集群创新网络结构研究

【摘要】:作为现代经济发展一种重要的产业组织形式,产业集群对地区经济发展发挥了巨大的促进作用。然而近年来,随着全球化的加深,知识的地域流动性大大增加,创新的复杂程度亦大大提高,集群创新的组织方式由传统的线性模式向网络式创新模式转变,更加强调创新主体间的结网与互动。在知识与技术密集型的生物医药产业集群内,这种网络化创新特征更加明显:生物医药产业高技术、高投入、高风险等产业特征决定了生物医药企业不可能独立完成药品研发与制造的全过程,为了降低新药的研发成本和风险,提高研发效率,在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展,网络式创新成为生物医药企业的必然选择。 合理的集群网络结构对集群创新能力和竞争力的提升具有极大的促进作用。本文以张江生物医药产业集群为例,对集群创新网络结构进行研究。首先,在梳理与综述国内外相关研究文献的基础上,对相关概念和理论予以介绍;然后对集群创新网络的基本构成要素和结构模型进行了分析和刻画,并以此为基础,结合张江生物医药产业的发展特点,构建了由核心网络、支持网络、环境网络和外部网络四个子网络组成的张江生物医药集群创新网络结构模型;最后,本文还基于企业层面的专利合作数据,探究了张江生物医药集群创新网络的结构特征并在此基础上提出了优化集群网络结构的建议。研究发现,张江生物医药集群创新主体间合作日益增加,集群创新网络形态初步形成,但集群内部合作仍较少,内部核心网络发育不成熟;外部网络是集群发展的主要动力,且在集群外部网络的形成过程中,地理邻近起着重要的作用;另外集群的创新合作网络呈现“核心-边缘”结构,企业间的联系仍多限于衍生企业与母体间的联系。
[Abstract]:As an important form of industrial organization in modern economic development, industrial clusters have played a great role in promoting regional economic development. However, in recent years, with the deepening of globalization, the regional mobility of knowledge has greatly increased. The complexity of innovation is also greatly increased, and the organizational mode of cluster innovation has changed from the traditional linear model to the network mode of innovation. In the knowledge and technology intensive biomedical industry cluster, the characteristics of network innovation are more obvious: high technology, high investment in biomedical industry. High risk and other industry characteristics determine that biomedical enterprises can not independently complete the whole process of drug development and manufacturing, in order to reduce the cost and risk of new drug research and development, improve the efficiency of research and development. In the fierce competition for survival and development, network innovation has become an inevitable choice for biomedical enterprises. The reasonable network structure of cluster has a great promoting effect on the innovation ability and competitiveness of cluster. This paper takes Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Industry Cluster as an example to study the network structure of cluster innovation. First of all. On the basis of combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign related research literature, the related concepts and theories are introduced. Then the basic elements and structural model of the cluster innovation network are analyzed and described, and based on this, combined with the characteristics of the development of Zhangjiang biomedical industry, the core network is constructed to support the network. The innovative network structure model of Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Cluster composed of four sub-networks of environmental network and external network; Finally, based on the patent cooperation data at the enterprise level, this paper probes into the structural characteristics of Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Cluster Innovation Network and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the cluster network structure. The cooperation among the innovation subjects of Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Cluster is increasing day by day, the form of the cluster innovation network is formed initially, but the cooperation within the cluster is still less, and the inner core network is not mature. External network is the main driving force of cluster development, and geographical proximity plays an important role in the formation of cluster external network. In addition, the innovation cooperation network of cluster presents a "core-edge" structure, and the relationship between enterprises is still limited to the relationship between derivative enterprises and their parent bodies.
