我国家具出口企业转型及其对策研究

【摘要】:后金融危机时代,中国众多中小型家具企业陷入出口困境,伴随低成本优势的逐渐消失,出口通路受阻的现状,中国家具出口企业到了一个必须转型的十字路口。对此,本文针对改变中国家具出口企业长期依赖加工贸易、出口低附加值产品的粗放型发展模式,使家具出口可持续发展,提高出口产品的附加值,逐渐形成中国特色的核心竞争力,提出了相应的对策和建议。 首先,在出口贸易及转型相关理论分析的基础上,找出中国企业的比较优势特点,结合目前我国家具出口企业的现状分析,选取影响我国家具企业出口的主要外部因素,包括人民币汇率,人工成本,原材料成本,外需不足及贸易壁垒进行了定性分析。 其次,分析危机中的机会,探讨我国家具出口企业转型升级的必要性和可行性,以JS家具企业为例,阐述转型的思路并理出转型升级的具体方向和措施,包括品牌塑造和产品创新,人才培养,提高产品质量,开拓多元化市场,与行业协会及高校合作,发展新的经营模式等。 最后,对JS家具企业转型方案实施及效果的分析,JS尝试原创设计,在巩固原有市场的同时开发新兴海外市场,不断培养适合公司发展的人才,重视与行业协会和高校的合作,学习和应用新技术,增强了公司的竞争力。从中总结出适用于大多数家具出口企业转型的对策和方案。 总结全文,对我国家具出口企业转型升级、提高竞争力给出了建议,希望在未来的发展中,不断发现和解决问题,结合国际环境和自身特点转型发展,最终使我国由家具出口大国变为家具出口强国。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, a large number of small and medium-sized furniture enterprises in China are in export dilemma. With the disappearance of low-cost advantages, export channels are blocked. Chinese furniture export enterprises have reached a crossroads which must be transformed. This paper aims at changing the extensive development mode of Chinese furniture export enterprises which rely on processing trade for a long time and export low value-added products. The sustainable development of furniture export, the improvement of the added value of export products and the formation of core competitiveness with Chinese characteristics have been put forward. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward. First of all, on the basis of theoretical analysis of export trade and transformation, find out the characteristics of comparative advantages of Chinese enterprises, combined with the current situation of Chinese furniture export enterprises analysis. The main external factors affecting the export of Chinese furniture enterprises, including RMB exchange rate, labor cost, raw material cost, shortage of external demand and trade barriers, are analyzed qualitatively. Secondly, this paper analyzes the opportunities in the crisis, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the transformation and upgrading of Chinese furniture export enterprises, taking JS furniture enterprises as an example, expounds the ideas of transformation and puts forward the specific direction and measures of transformation and upgrading. Including brand building and product innovation, talent training, improving product quality, developing diversified markets, cooperating with industry associations and universities, developing new business models, etc. Finally, JS furniture enterprise transformation program implementation and analysis of the effect of JS try to original design, while consolidating the original market while developing new overseas markets, constantly training suitable for the company's development of talent. Emphasis on cooperation with trade associations and colleges and universities, learning and application of new technology to enhance the competitiveness of the company, summed up the majority of furniture export enterprises suitable for the transformation of countermeasures and programs. Summary of the full text, the transformation and upgrading of Chinese furniture export enterprises, improve the competitiveness of the recommendations, hope in the future development, continue to find and solve problems, combined with the international environment and its own characteristics of transformation and development. Finally make our country from the furniture export big country to the furniture export powerful country.
