【摘要】:在上世纪工业革命之后,传统制造业开始蓬勃发展,随着社会工业化进程的加快,制造业从最初的劳动和资源密集型产业开始向资本和技术密集型产业转变;而在进入工业化后期,制造业和生产相关的服务业开始交叉融合,普遍出现了制造业服务化的现象,服务业在制造业投入中所占的比重开始不断上升。中国的制造业发展趋势与典型的工业化国家制造业发展规律是吻合的,所不同的是,受历史的影响,中国的制造业起步晚,发展滞后。但是在21世纪初,中国的制造业也已经开始逐渐呈现服务化的倾向性。GD公司是一家国内液晶面板制造企业。本文以GD公司目前发展状况为背景,主要研究在目前液晶面板行业所处困境的前提下,如何进行服务转型,以寻求新的利润增长点,实现可持续发展。本文首先在已有理论支持的基础上运用管理分析工具,分析行业背景、市场环境等方面,提出GD公司服务转型的必要性;其次从技术和价值链两方面入手,给出服务转型具体路径与措施;最后对所选路径进行可行性评价,论证出GD公司服务转型的关键路径:技术和价值链相互结合的服务转型路径。目前还没有国内液晶面板制造业的成功服务转型案例,本文结合大量数据,探讨液晶面板制造企业面临的问题和未来方向,给出明确的服务转型路径及措施。此外,通过对GD公司服务转型的分析研究,形成可行的服务转型路径,以期能够带给类似制造业企业服务转型新的启示。
[Abstract]:After the industrial revolution of the last century, the traditional manufacturing industry began to flourish. With the acceleration of the process of social industrialization, the manufacturing industry began to change from the initial labor and resource-intensive industries to the capital-and technology-intensive industries. In the late stage of industrialization, manufacturing and production-related services began to cross and merge, and generally appeared the phenomenon of service-oriented manufacturing. The proportion of service industry in manufacturing industry is rising. The trend of manufacturing industry in China is consistent with the rule of manufacturing industry development in typical industrialized countries. The difference is that it is influenced by history. China's manufacturing industry started late and lagged behind. But in early 21th century. China's manufacturing industry has also begun to gradually show the trend of service-oriented. GD is a domestic LCD panel manufacturing enterprises. This paper based on the current development of GD company as the background. The main research in the current liquid crystal panel industry in the plight of the premise, how to carry out service transformation, in order to seek new profit growth point. Firstly, based on the existing theoretical support, this paper uses management analysis tools to analyze the industry background, market environment and so on, and puts forward the necessity of GD company's service transformation. Secondly, from the two aspects of technology and value chain, the specific path and measures of service transformation are given. Finally, the feasibility of the selected path is evaluated. Demonstrate the key path of GD company service transformation: technology and value chain integration of the service transformation path. At present, there are no domestic LCD panel manufacturing successful service transformation cases, this paper combines a lot of data. This paper discusses the problems and future directions faced by LCD panel manufacturing enterprises, and gives a clear service transformation path and measures. In addition, through the analysis and research of GD company service transformation, a feasible service transformation path is formed. With a view to similar manufacturing enterprises to bring new enlightenment of service transformation.
