NHJ内部劳务承包管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国劳动力成本的持续提高以及频繁出现的用工荒,建筑业劳务用工的管理问题越来越复杂,典型的如以包代管问题、工资纠纷问题、招工难、留人难问题。如何解决这些问题,构建科学合理的劳务用工机制一直是NHJ公司困扰。本文通过书籍、期刊论文、学位论文和案例研究等资料的收集与整理,对人力资源管理理论、项目人力资源管理理论和国内工程劳务承包管理理论进行了回顾,通过半结构访谈等方式客观而深入的了解NHJ公司内部劳务承包发展历史与现状,分析了其内部劳务承包中存在的问题及原因,并结合相关理论提出了解决对策。希望通过本文的研究,能够解决NHJ公司的劳务用工问题,并能为其他建筑企业的劳务问题提供指导。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous increase of labor cost and frequent shortage of labor, the management of labor in construction industry is becoming more and more complex, such as the problem of escrow, wage disputes, recruitment difficulties. How to solve these problems and how to build a scientific and reasonable labor employment mechanism has been a problem for NHJ Company. This paper collects and arranges the materials of books, periodicals, dissertations and case studies. The theory of human resource management, the theory of project human resource management and the theory of domestic engineering labor contract management are reviewed. Through semi-structured interviews and other ways objective and in-depth understanding of the development of NHJ internal labor contract history and current situation, analysis of its internal labor contract problems and reasons. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, we can solve the labor employment problem of NHJ Company and provide guidance for the labor service problems of other construction enterprises.
