油田企业员工和谐心理评价体系研究

【摘要】:油田企业以石油、天然气的勘探、开发、集输和储运为主营业务,处于石油工业产业链的上游。从上个世纪90年代开始,我国多数油田企业进入了高含水采油阶段。另外,在我国改革开放纵深推进的背景下,各种矛盾交织,影响油田企业员工和谐心理的因素增多,为企业的发展带来诸多挑战。和谐心理决定和谐行为,员工集体的和谐心理是企业和谐稳健发展的基本前提。因此对油田企业员工和谐心理水平进行评估也成为和谐心理建设工作的首要环节。立足于管理心理学理论和油田企业的实际情况,构建科学、合理的油田企业员工和谐心理评价指标体系正是本文研究的课题。本文在研读管理心理学基本理论的基础上,查阅了大量的国内外相关文献,并对其研究现状进行综述分析,以作参考和借鉴。在对和谐心理基本概念进行界定后,从企业、团队、家庭、个人四个方面,对影响油田企业员工和谐心理的因素进行分析,从而初步提出油田企业员工和谐心理评价维度。文章第三部分首先描述了该指标体系的构建原则,然后通过文献查找法初步确定评价指标,结合专家访谈法确定最终指标,建立以要素加权法基础的数学模型,同时构建指标评价标准体系。随后应用该评价指标体系对胜利油田东胜公司员工和谐心理水平进行评估,并对其结果进行全面分析,验证这一指标体系的科学合理性。最后从企业、团队、家庭、个人四个方面提出该提升油田企业员工和谐心理水平,保障指标体系运行的措施。
[Abstract]:Oil field enterprises to oil, natural gas exploration, development, gathering and transportation as the main business, in the upstream of the oil industry chain. Since -10s. Most oil field enterprises in China have entered the stage of high water cut oil recovery. In addition, under the background of the deepening of reform and opening up in China, various contradictions are intertwined, and the factors affecting the harmonious psychology of the employees in the oil field enterprises are increasing. It brings many challenges to the development of enterprises. Harmonious psychology determines harmonious behavior. The harmonious psychology of the staff group is the basic premise of the harmonious and steady development of the enterprise. Therefore, the evaluation of the harmonious psychological level of the employees in the oil field enterprises is also the primary link in the construction of the harmonious psychology. Based on the theory of management psychology. And the actual situation of oil field enterprises. Constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of harmonious psychology of employees in oil field enterprises is the research topic of this paper. On the basis of studying the basic theory of management psychology, this paper has consulted a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad. After defining the basic concept of harmonious psychology, from four aspects: enterprise, team, family and individual. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the harmonious psychology of the employees in oil field enterprises, and puts forward the evaluation dimension of harmonious psychology of the employees in oil field enterprises. The third part of the article first describes the construction principles of the index system. Then the evaluation index is preliminarily determined by the literature search method, and the final index is determined by the expert interview method, and the mathematical model based on the factor weighting method is established. At the same time, the index evaluation standard system is constructed. Then the evaluation index system is applied to evaluate the harmonious psychological level of employees in Dongsheng Company of Shengli Oilfield, and the results are analyzed comprehensively. Finally, from four aspects of enterprise, team, family and individual, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the harmonious psychological level of the employees in oil field enterprises and to ensure the operation of the index system.
