襄阳双塔公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：战略管理对企业长远发展有着重要指导性作用。企业的发展不能停留在依靠企业的内部管理和业务发展等层面上，更应该着眼未来，，认清形式，明确目标和愿景，制定符合企业长远利益的发展战略。结合企业自身实际状况整合行业内外资源和能力的战略手段尤为重要。面对这些新的竞争环境、新的问题和挑战，企业不断的提高自身的核心竞争力、制定和实施符合企业长远利益的发展战略显得至关重要。处于如此环境的襄阳双塔公司不得不深入思考，认准未来的客观环境面对的威胁及机遇、自身的优势、劣势，制定公司的发展战略已迫在眉睫。本文在介绍战略管理相关理论及方法的基础上，首先对公司面临的政治环境、经济环境、产业政策、竞争对手状况、相关行业状况等外部环境及人力资源、管理机制、销售网络、研发设计能力、主要产品等内部条件进行了全面分析。结合双塔公司自身状况、优势、劣势、拥有的资源能力，对公司发展战略及战略实施进行了深入研究。其次根据襄阳双塔公司的企业愿景、企业使命和企业目标，采用SWOT等相关研究方法对襄阳双塔公司发展的优势、劣势、威胁和机遇进行全面的剖析，再结合战略管理相关理论对其公司战略发展制定相应的多套发展战略设计，在备选战略指导下，进一步提出相应的组织架构、人力资源整合利用、产品研发及组合优化及提高襄阳双塔公司核心竞争力的具体措施；最后在设计的发展战略框架下，对襄阳双塔公司的战略实施从员工激励、企业培训、成本费用控制、产品组合优化等方面提出相应的实施对策及建议。
[Abstract]:Strategic management plays an important guiding role in the long-term development of enterprises. The development of enterprises should not only depend on the internal management and business development of enterprises, but also focus on the future and recognize the form. It is very important to make clear the goal and vision, to formulate the development strategy which is in line with the long-term interests of the enterprise, and to integrate the resources and capabilities inside and outside the industry in the light of the actual situation of the enterprise. In the face of these new competitive environments, it is particularly important. New problems and challenges, enterprises continue to improve their core competitiveness, the formulation and implementation of long-term interests of the enterprise development strategy is very important. In such an environment Xiangyang Shuangta Company has to think deeply. It is urgent to formulate the development strategy of the company in accordance with the threats and opportunities faced by the future objective environment, its own advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of introducing the theories and methods of strategic management, this paper first analyzes the external environment and human resources of the company, such as the political environment, economic environment, industrial policy, competitors' situation, and related industry conditions. Management mechanism, sales network, R & D design ability, main products and other internal conditions are comprehensively analyzed. The development strategy and implementation of the company are studied. Secondly, according to the enterprise vision, enterprise mission and enterprise objectives of Xiangyang Shuangta Company. Adopt SWOT and other related research methods to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the development of Xiangyang Shuangta Company. Then combined with the relevant theory of strategic management to formulate the corresponding set of development strategy design, under the guidance of alternative strategy, further put forward the corresponding organizational structure, human resources integration and utilization. Product development and combination optimization and improve the core competitiveness of Xiangyang Shuangta measures; Finally, under the framework of the design development strategy, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of the strategy of Xiangyang Shuangta Company from the aspects of employee motivation, enterprise training, cost and cost control, product combination optimization, and so on.
