关于日本丰田人才培养体系的研究

【摘要】:伴随着经济全球化的急速发展,世界企业间的竞争也愈演愈烈。不言而喻,,当今企业间的竞争关键在于人才竞争。日本企业之所以能够在世界上持有重要影响力的原因在于能够生产出优质的产品。而日本的人才育成尤其是其历史悠长且独特成熟的人才培养体系是支撑生产优质产品的关键所在。这一点是毫无疑问的。本论文将从产业社会学的独特角度,以日本丰田人才培养体系为中心,深入考察日本企业人才培养体系的内容及特点,从而总结出对中国企业人才培养的有效启示。本论文的构成如下所示: 第一章概观日本企业人才培养体系。对日本企业人才培养体系的理念和措施进行考察,将其按形式、内容、对象三个方面进行划分,从而展开论述。从形式上,日本企业人才培养体系可以分为OJT、Off-JT和自我启发;从内容上,日本企业人才培养包含有知识教育,技能教育及受社教育等;从对象上,日本人才培养体系则可以划分为职能体系和层级体系。 第二章对日本丰田人才培养体系的历史和传统进行考察,系统介绍以培训丰田人为主的丰田工业学园、以培训管理层为主的TWI、现场之神大野耐一的人才观等。 第三章整体介绍了日本丰田人才培养体系的构成,概括其独特之处。即对有现场主义传统的OJT的重视、全球人才育成观念以及对当地人才采用措施等方面进行阐述。最后对中国企业尤其是中小企业在人才培养方面存在的问题点进行剖析,通过对以上日本人才培养体系的研究而得出对中国企业人才培养的有效启示及改善建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises in the world is becoming more and more fierce. The key to competition among enterprises today lies in the competition for talent. The reason why Japanese enterprises can hold important influence in the world lies in the ability to produce high-quality products. There is no doubt that the unique and mature talent training system is the key to support the production of high-quality products. This paper will be from the unique perspective of industrial sociology. Taking the Japanese Toyota talent training system as the center, the contents and characteristics of the Japanese enterprise talent training system are investigated in depth, and the effective enlightenment to the Chinese enterprise talent training is summed up. The composition of this paper is as follows: The first chapter is an overview of the Japanese enterprise talent training system. The concept and measures of the Japanese enterprise talent training system are investigated and divided into three aspects: form, content and object. In form, Japanese enterprise talent training system can be divided into OJT off-JT and self-inspiration; From the content, the Japanese enterprise talent training includes knowledge education, skill education and social education. From the object, the Japanese talent training system can be divided into the function system and the hierarchy system. The second chapter reviews the history and tradition of Japanese Toyota personnel training system, systematically introduces the Toyota Industrial Learning Park, which mainly trains Toyota people, and the TWI, which focuses on training management. The scene of the God of Nai Ono view of talent, and so on. The third chapter introduces the constitution of Japanese Toyota talent training system and summarizes its unique features, that is, the emphasis on the OJT, which has the field doctrine tradition. The concept of global talent development and the adoption of local talent measures are expounded. Finally, the problems in talent training of Chinese enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are analyzed. Through the study of the above Japanese talent training system, the effective enlightenment and improvement suggestions for Chinese enterprises are obtained.
