迁包钢材深加工建设项目进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】：目前,我国钢铁企业逐年加大了钢材深加工项目的投资开发力度,这是提高钢铁企业经济效益不可忽视的一条重要途径,发展钢材深加工产业是调整钢铁产业长期发展战略的重要组成部分。这也是首钢集团搬迁调整、战略转型的重要工作目标之一。如何建成、建好迁包钢材深加工建设项目,是研究我国钢材深加工项目进度计划与控制的一项主要课题,也是近些年来首钢集团和首钢实业公司培养工程建设类项目管理高端人才的一次重要的实践经验。本文以迁包钢材深加工建设项目进度计划与控制为研究课题,把进度计划和进度控制相关理论知识运用到项目进度管理实践中,使迁包钢材深加工建设项目能够科学、规范地如期完工。本文阐述了研究的背景、目的和意义,以及研究的内容、方法和结构。介绍了迁包钢材深加工建设项目的背景、项目选址、基本规划以及项目的整体描述。结合该项目的实际情况,按照该项目施工阶段进行逐层分解,并制出工作分解结构图,在此基础上确定了责任分配,建立逻辑关系,绘制网络图,初步形成了进度计划。本文采用逻辑关系调整法、变换资源投入法和选择时标法制定了项目优化方案。在实施该项目进度控制前,编制了迁包钢材深加工建设项目的进度控制流程,分析了可能存在的项目进度问题,采取有效控制措施,并采取日常监测与定期监测。分析了项目进度偏差情况,对项目进度偏差进行及时纠偏调整,使项目进度能够按照计划顺利进行。本文针对具体项目深入研究和探讨了项目进度计划与控制管理在该项目中的应用过程,为该项目编制了科学合理的进度计划,同时分析总结了项目进度中影响项目进度的关键因素,并提出了应对措施,构建了科学的项目进度计划与控制体系,为企业在实际运用中解决更多问题提供了帮助,并为企业进一步采用项目进度计划与控制理论提供参考。
[Abstract]:At present, China's iron and steel enterprises have increased the investment and development of steel deep processing projects year by year, which is an important way to improve the economic benefits of iron and steel enterprises. The development of steel deep processing industry is an important part of adjusting the long-term development strategy of iron and steel industry. This is also one of the important work objectives of relocation adjustment and strategic transformation of Shougang Group and how to build it. It is a main subject to study the progress plan and control of the deep processing of steel in our country. In recent years, Shougang Group and Shougang Industrial Company are also an important practical experience in training high-end talents in project management of engineering construction. This paper focuses on the progress planning and control of the deep processing construction project of repackaged steel. The theory of schedule planning and schedule control is applied to the practice of project schedule management, so that the construction project can be completed scientifically and normatively. The background of the research is described in this paper. Objective and significance, as well as the content, method and structure of the study. The background, site selection, basic planning and overall description of the project are introduced. According to the construction phase of the project to decompose layer by layer, and produce the work decomposition structure diagram, on the basis of which the responsibility distribution is determined, the logical relationship is established, and the network diagram is drawn. This paper uses the logical relation adjustment method, the transformation of resource input method and the selection of time scale method to formulate the project optimization plan. Before the implementation of the project schedule control. The progress control flow of the repackage steel deep processing construction project is worked out, the possible project schedule problems are analyzed, and effective control measures are taken. Daily monitoring and regular monitoring are adopted. The project schedule deviation is analyzed, and the project schedule deviation is rectified in time. This paper deeply studies and discusses the application process of project schedule and control management in this project. The scientific and reasonable progress plan is worked out for the project, and the key factors influencing the progress of the project are analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding measures are put forward, and a scientific project schedule and control system is constructed. It provides the help for enterprises to solve more problems in practical application, and provides a reference for enterprises to further adopt the theory of project schedule planning and control.
