湖北省工业企业创新能力评价研究

【摘要】:湖北省一直是科教大省,省内高校和科研院所数量一直居全国前列,近几年创新能力显著增强,但与上海、北京、浙江、江苏等发达省市相比还有较大的差距。对湖北省工业企业来说,如何增强创新意识,提高创新水平,增加创新产品是实现工业企业经济平稳快速发展,提升企业竞争力的关键,也是决定湖北工业企业未来发展生死攸关的大问题。因此,科学合理的分析和评价湖北省工业企业创新能力,提出提高湖北省工业企业创新能力的对策和建议具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文阐述了评价体系的建立原则,在此原则上构建了工业企业创新能力评价指标体系,对某些指标进行解释说明。接着,按评价指标体系的五项准则层分类标准,分别分析了总体现状、创新费用投入现状、创新活动和创新产出现状和创新环境现状;纵向比较了湖北省最近3年工业企业创新能力的发展情况,横向比较中部六省工业企业创新能力发展情况,并总结了湖北省规模以上工业企业创新能力的特点和存在问题。然后,运用主成分分析法对湖北省39个子行业创新能力进行分析;用主成分分析法对传统的层次分析法进行改进:首先,要建立一套完整科学的综合评价指标体系;其次,通过主成分分析法找出所有指标中最有效的指标即方差贡献率较大的指标,从而简化了三级指标;再次,结合主成分分析和因子分析考虑二三级指标的交叉效应,对交叉后的评价指标进行打分;最后,用交叉后的打分矩阵进行层次分析。并用结合主成分改进的层次分析法对湖北省39个子行业创新能力进行分析。最后,对本文研究的成果进行汇总,针对湖北省工业企业创新能力的现状和评价分析的结果,提出了有效提升湖北省工业企业创新能力的几点建议。在论文的最后指出了本论文研究方法的优越性和特色,还指出了研究的不足之处,以及今后有待进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:Hubei Province has always been a major province of science and education, and the number of universities and scientific research institutes in the province has been among the highest in the country. In recent years, the number of universities and scientific research institutes in Hubei Province has increased significantly, but with Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, There is still a big gap between Jiangsu and other developed provinces and cities. For industrial enterprises in Hubei Province, how to enhance their awareness of innovation, raise their level of innovation and increase their innovative products is the key to the steady and rapid economic development of industrial enterprises and the promotion of their competitiveness. It is also a big problem that determines the future development of Hubei industrial enterprises. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation of Hubei's industrial enterprises' innovation ability, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation ability of industrial enterprises in Hubei Province. This paper expounds the establishment principle of the evaluation system, and constructs the evaluation index system of the innovation ability of the industrial enterprises on this principle. Then, according to the five criteria classification standards of the evaluation index system, the paper analyzes the overall situation, innovation cost input, innovation activity and innovation output and innovation environment. This paper compares the development of industrial enterprises' innovation ability in Hubei Province in the last three years and the development of industrial enterprises' innovation ability in six central provinces horizontally. The characteristics and existing problems of the innovation ability of industrial enterprises above the scale of Hubei Province are summarized. Then, the innovation ability of 39 sub-industries in Hubei Province is analyzed by principal component analysis. The principal component analysis method is used to improve the traditional analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, a complete and scientific comprehensive evaluation index system should be established; secondly, Through principal component analysis to find out the most effective index of all indicators, that is, the largest contribution rate of variance, so as to simplify the third-level index. Thirdly, combining principal component analysis and factor analysis to consider the cross-effect of the second and third level indicators. Finally, the paper analyzes the innovation ability of 39 sub-industries in Hubei Province by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which combines with the improved principal component analysis method. Finally, the paper analyzes the innovation ability of 39 sub-industries in Hubei Province by means of the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the present situation of the innovation ability of the industrial enterprises in Hubei Province and the results of the evaluation and analysis, the research results of this paper are summarized. At the end of the paper, it points out the superiority and characteristics of the research method, points out the deficiency of the research, and points out the problems to be further studied in the future.
