利用Delphi-PCA方法筛选煤炭企业关键人因风险因子研究

【摘要】:以河南某煤业集团为研究对象,采用文献检索法、问卷调查法、访谈法和STOP行为观测法等方法对其人因风险现状进行深入剖析,并通过德尔菲法与主成分分析相结合的研究方法筛选出关键人因风险因子。得出的结果为该煤业集团在安全管理流程、个人因素控制、班组因素控制和团队因素控制方面存在不同程度的问题;该煤业集团的人因风险因素归纳为5大方面,下设30个具体指标;筛选出影响该煤业集团的10个关键人因风险因子,并通过69起事故、151起未遂事故和210种不安全行为的致因分析验证其典型性;利用关键人因风险因子对该煤业集团试点矿人因风险现状进行评估。
[Abstract]:Taking a coal industry group in Henan province as the research object, the present situation of human risk is deeply analyzed by the methods of literature retrieval, questionnaire survey, interview and STOP behavior observation. And through the combination of Delphi method and principal component analysis, the key human risk factors are screened out. The result is that the coal industry group is in the process of safety management, personal factor control, There are some problems in team factor control and team factor control, the human risk factors of the coal industry group are summed up into 5 aspects, 30 specific indicators are set up, and 10 key human factors affecting the coal industry group are screened out. Through the cause analysis of 151 attempted accidents and 210 unsafe behaviors in 69 accidents its typicality is verified and the risk status of the pilot coal mine is evaluated by using the key human risk factors.
