供应链环境下A公司采购流程的优化研究

【摘要】:在供应链环境下,企业除了要优化内部资源配置外,还必须同供应商和客户协作,提高供应链适应市场多样化需求的能力,消除供应链中不增值和等待的环节,从而与供应商和客户建立一种新型的战略供应关系,以实现物流、资金流、信息流的集成管理。采购流程覆盖了从供应到需求之间的物流、资金流、信息流的全过程,是企业生产经营活动的出发点,会对企业的成本和利润产生直接影响,是供应链中的关键流程。通过优化改善采购流程,能够帮助企业达到降低成本、提高利润的目的,对于企业来说是十分重要的。 本文以供应链思想为指导,对A公司的采购流程进行了深入分析,剖析了A公司在采购流程中存在的各种问题,借助系统化改造法提出了在供应链环境下A公司采购流程的优化方案,具体包括对公司采购组织架构的优化、采购物料分类的优化,在采购的准备阶段、需求阶段、实施阶段和后续阶段等所涉及的采购流程的优化。最后,本文提出采购流程优化的实施计划并进行了采购流程优化实际分析,通过流程优化前后的效果对比可知,A公司的采购流程效率有了明显的提高。 通过本文对A公司在供应链环境下采购流程优化的研究,可以为A公司在实际运行中所借鉴,同时也对处于同一行业的企业在采购流程的管理上起到借鉴和启示的作用。在具体的实践中,A公司应更好地做好企业内部与外部协同,并对优化方案进行不断地修正、改进,使之更加适应企业的采购状况,从而真正实现供应链的高效运作。
[Abstract]:In the supply chain environment, in addition to optimizing the internal resource allocation, enterprises must cooperate with suppliers and customers to improve the supply chain's ability to adapt to the diversified demand of the market, and eliminate the non-value-added and waiting links in the supply chain. Thus a new type of strategic supply relationship is established with suppliers and customers to realize the integrated management of logistics, capital flow and information flow. The procurement process covers the whole process of logistics, capital flow and information flow from supply to demand. It is the starting point of the enterprise's production and operation, it will have direct influence on the cost and profit of the enterprise, and it is the key process in the supply chain. By optimizing and improving the purchasing process, it can help the enterprise to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing the profit. It is very important for an enterprise. Under the guidance of supply chain theory, this paper makes a deep analysis of the purchasing process of A Company, and analyzes the various problems existing in the purchasing process of A Company. With the help of systematic transformation method, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of A company's purchasing process under the environment of supply chain, including the optimization of the company's purchasing organization structure, the optimization of material classification, the preparation stage of purchasing and the stage of demand. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation plan of the procurement process optimization and carries on the actual analysis of the procurement process optimization. Through the comparison of the results before and after the process optimization, we can see that the efficiency of the procurement process has been significantly improved. Through the research on the procurement process optimization of A Company in the supply chain environment, it can be used for reference in the actual operation of A Company. At the same time, it also plays the role of reference and inspiration to the enterprises in the same industry in the management of purchasing process. In the concrete practice, company A should do better the internal and external cooperation of the enterprise, and constantly revise and improve the optimization scheme. Make it more suitable for the purchasing situation of the enterprise, so as to realize the efficient operation of the supply chain.
