精益生产在ZZ公司的应用研究

【摘要】:精益生产是目前比较先进的一种生产组织方式,已经被很多知名的企业所应用。在以粗放型管理为主的大型企业中积极推行精益生产,效果会非常的明显,特别有助于推动企业核心竞争力的提升。 精益生产涉及的领域与知识非常较广,,本文重点介绍了在大型输配电企业设备制造商推广精益的生产品的方式,包括推行可视化,质量管理工具,持续改善,价值流增值等方面的理论与实施方法。通过对大型企业存在的一些显著问题进行分析解剖,应用精益生产相关理论提出具有针对性的解决方案,促进企业优化流程、实现降低成本和缩短交货期。 本文以大型输配电设备制造商ZZ公司为研究对象,首先介绍了该企业目前的生产及管理模式所存在的问题,然后运用企业集团中所采用的精益生产的工具与方法,提出有针对性的解决方案。在公司顾客价值导向方面,可靠的零缺陷流程方面,供应商持续整合方面,价值流优化方面,持续改善方面成立相应的改善小组。进行了具体的改善措施。促进企业流程优化,实现成本的最低化和价值的最优化。 对ZZ企业所取得的在实施精益过程中的经验与教训进行了详细总结,提出了在电气设备行业中实施精益生产的数点建议,为同类企业推行精益生产提供参考。 最后对于本论文的研究结论与成果进行了总结。对于企业今后将面临的问题也进行了总结。
[Abstract]:Lean production is a relatively advanced production organization method, which has been applied by many well-known enterprises. In large enterprises with extensive management, the effect of lean production will be very obvious. In particular, it helps to promote the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Lean production involves a wide range of fields and knowledge. This paper focuses on the promotion of lean products in equipment manufacturers of large power transmission and distribution enterprises, including the promotion of visualization, quality management tools, continuous improvement, By analyzing and dissecting some significant problems existing in large enterprises, applying the relevant theory of lean production to put forward targeted solutions to promote the optimization of business processes, Reduce cost and delivery time. Taking ZZ Company, a large power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturer, as the research object, this paper first introduces the problems existing in the current production and management mode of the enterprise, and then applies the lean production tools and methods used in the enterprise group. Propose targeted solutions. In terms of customer value orientation, reliable zero-defect processes, continuous supplier integration, value flow optimization, Set up corresponding improvement group for continuous improvement, carry out concrete improvement measures, promote enterprise process optimization, realize cost minimization and value optimization. This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons gained in the lean process of ZZ enterprises in detail, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of lean production in the electrical equipment industry, which provides a reference for similar enterprises to carry out lean production. Finally, the conclusions and results of this paper are summarized, and the problems that enterprises will face in the future are also summarized.
