河南能源化工集团企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化是企业管理中一种新的管理理论,被誉为是企业的核心竞争力,是企业的灵魂和软实力,是企业管理的最高境界。随着全球经济竞争的日益激烈,作为承担国民经济重大责任与使命的国有企业一定要更加注重和加强企业文化建设,打造形成企业的核心竞争力。河南能源化工集团是河南最大的工业企业,也是河南唯一一家世界500强企业。河南能源化工集团历经两次大的战略重组,始终保持着健康的发展态势,根本原因就在于河南能源化工集团以企业文化为统领,始终坚持和践行“用心做事,追求卓越”核心价值观和“人企合一,顺势而行”企业哲学的先进企业文化,通过企业文化的软融合推进产业板块的硬融合。2013年,河南能源化工集团重组当年就成功进入国家亿吨级煤炭企业行列,完成了省委、省政府的战略部署。河南能源化工集团企业文化建设在一定程度上带有标本意义,对河南能源化工集团企业文化建设进行研究分析,不仅可为推进大型国有企业兼并重组提供成功的案例借鉴,也可为全省其他企业开展企业文化建设提供有益参考。 本文以理论分析和实证研究相结合,通过分析河南能源化工集团企业文化的创建历程、实践特点、作用发挥,,提出了大型企业兼并重组企业文化建设需要遵循的五点启示:一是以先进文化为主导是文化融合成功的前提,二是创新提升是新集团企业文化建设的关键,三是坚强的组织领导是企业文化建设的保障,四是强有力的宣传贯彻是新文化迅速导入的必经之路,五是借助外部专业力量进行总结提炼是必要环节。同时,对河南能源化工集团企业文化建设面临的问题进行了分析,对下一步企业文化建设提出了建设性意见。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is a new management theory in enterprise management, which is praised as the core competence of enterprises, the soul and soft power of enterprises, and the highest level of enterprise management. As a state-owned enterprise, which bears the great responsibility and mission of the national economy, it is necessary to pay more attention to and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and build the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group is the largest industrial enterprise in Henan Province. Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group has maintained a healthy development trend after two major strategic reorganizations. The fundamental reason is that Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group is dominated by enterprise culture. Always adhere to and practice the core values of "doing things by heart, pursuing excellence" and advanced corporate culture of "integration of man and enterprise", enterprise philosophy, and promote the hard integration of the industry sector through the soft integration of corporate culture. 2013, The reorganization of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group successfully entered the ranks of the nation's 100 million tons coal enterprises that year, and completed the strategic deployment of the provincial party committee and the provincial government. To some extent, the enterprise culture construction of Henan energy and chemical industry group has the significance of specimen. The research and analysis on the enterprise culture construction of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group can not only provide a reference for the successful cases of promoting the merger and reorganization of large state-owned enterprises, but also provide a useful reference for other enterprises in the province to carry out the enterprise culture construction. By combining theoretical analysis with empirical research, this paper analyzes the process of establishing the enterprise culture of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group, the characteristics of practice, and the role of the enterprise culture in Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group. This paper puts forward five enlightenments that should be followed in the cultural construction of large enterprises' merger and reorganization. One is that taking advanced culture as the leading factor is the prerequisite for the success of cultural integration, the other is that innovation and promotion are the key to the construction of enterprise culture in the new group. Third, strong organizational leadership is the guarantee for the construction of enterprise culture, fourth, strong propaganda and implementation is the only way for the rapid introduction of new culture, and fifth, it is necessary to sum up and refine with the help of outside professional forces. At the same time, This paper analyzes the problems in the construction of enterprise culture in Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture in the next step.
