基于系统动力学的某省TCL电器销售公司物流成本仿真研究

【摘要】:由于人们对于“第三利润源”的了解不断加深,越来越多的企业开始关注物流成本问题。尤其是我国的物流总成本所占比重与一些发达国家相比还偏高,仍然有很大的空间可以降低,因此要降低我国国民经济的运行成本,可以从物流成本方面入手。因此,控制企业物流成本是现代企业谋求新发展、占据市场以及提升竞争优势的重要方式。本文通过对某省TCL电器销售公司的物流成本进行分析,结合系统动力学理论从系统的角度分析该电器销售公司的物流成本问题。在物流成本方面的理论和系统动力学相关理论的基础上,根据销售企业的物流成本的构成及特点,结合系统动力学理论利用Vensim软件建立该电器销售公司的物流成本模型,结合实际企业运营数据,模拟模型动态运行过程。通过模型仿真分析现行的物流成本情况,根据仿真情况找出适合公司发展的最优策略。
[Abstract]:Because of the deepening understanding of the "third profit source", more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the logistics cost, especially the proportion of the total logistics cost in our country is higher than that in some developed countries. There is still a lot of room to reduce, so if we want to reduce the operating cost of our national economy, we can start with the logistics cost. Therefore, to control the logistics cost of enterprises is to seek new development for modern enterprises. This paper analyzes the logistics cost of TCL electric appliance sales company in a province. Combined with the theory of system dynamics, this paper analyzes the logistics cost of the electric appliance sales company from the system angle. On the basis of the theory of logistics cost and the related theory of system dynamics, according to the composition and characteristics of logistics cost of the sales enterprise, Combined with the theory of system dynamics, the logistics cost model of the electric appliance sales company is established by using Vensim software, and the dynamic running process of the model is simulated by combining the operation data of the actual enterprise. The current logistics cost is analyzed through the simulation of the model. According to the simulation situation to find out the optimal strategy for the development of the company.
