基于ExtendSim的报废汽车回收逆向物流系统LRIP仿真优化研究

【摘要】:随着中国社会经济的发展,中国汽车工业得到了极速发展,截止2013年底汽车保有量为1.37亿,而2013年中国汽车销售量为2198.4万辆,销量较2012年增长13.9%。虽然说目前中国报废汽车的回收率仅为3%左右远低于欧美日本等发达国家的6~8%,但是随着中国环保法规及报废汽车相关法律法规的健全,汽车的报废会趋于正规化,所以报废汽车行业需要一个相对完善的逆向物流网络。健全的逆向物流网络可以以最小的成本为报废汽车的回收、拆解、再制造及再制造品的销售提供强有力的支持。本文将回收中心的选址、回收路径优化及回收中心库存策略选择问题进行了集成,构成了报废汽车回收逆向物流系统LRIP(Location-Routing-Inventory Problem)。 本文首先论述了国内外关于逆向物流及报废汽车回收网络的研究内容,然后分析了报废汽车回收逆向物流网络系统的特征、结构类型、系统构成及运营模式。其次在前人研究的基础上提出了报废汽车回收的LRIP。LRIP属于NP难问题,本文提了用遗传算法和节约算法组合的启发式算法进行求解。第三,就报废汽车回收LRIP所要解决的问题建立了数学模型,,并基于结构化的建模方法构建了仿真优化概念模型,又依据概念模型和ExtendSim软件建立了仿真优化模型。最后以某汽车厂在某省的回收物流系统构建为实例,验证了该仿真优化模型的可行性,进而说明了基于ExtendSim的报废汽车回收逆向物流系统仿真优化模型在解决随机回收量、随机车辆运输时间条件下动态逆向物流系统LRIP的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's social economy, China's auto industry has developed at a very high speed. As of end of 2013, the number of cars owned was 137 million, compared with twenty-one million nine hundred and eighty-four thousand vehicles sold in 2013. Sales volume increased by 13.9% over 2012. Although the recovery rate of scrap cars in China is only about 3% at present, it is far lower than that in developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan, but with the sound of China's environmental protection laws and regulations and related laws and regulations on end-of-life cars, The scrap of automobiles tends to be formalized, so the scrap automobile industry needs a relatively complete reverse logistics network. A sound reverse logistics network can be used to recycle and dismantle end-of-life vehicles at the lowest cost. This paper integrates the selection of the location of the recycling center, the optimization of the recovery path and the selection of inventory strategy of the recycling center, and constitutes the reverse logistics system LRIP(Location-Routing-Inventory problem. This paper first discusses the research contents of reverse logistics and scrap vehicle recycling network at home and abroad, and then analyzes the characteristics and structure types of the reverse logistics network system for scrap vehicle recycling. Secondly, based on the previous research, it is proposed that the LRIP.LRIP of scrap car recycling belongs to NP-hard problem, and the heuristic algorithm combined with genetic algorithm and economization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem in this paper. Third, A mathematical model is established to solve the problem of recycling LRIP of end-of-life vehicles, and the conceptual model of simulation optimization is constructed based on the structured modeling method. Based on the concept model and ExtendSim software, the simulation optimization model is established. Finally, the feasibility of the simulation optimization model is verified by the example of the recycling logistics system in a certain province of a car factory. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the simulation optimization model of reverse logistics system based on ExtendSim in solving the problem of dynamic reverse logistics system (LRIP) under the condition of random recovery amount and stochastic vehicle transportation time is illustrated.
